The amenities are amazing. The pool, gym, and external barbecues are wonderful to have. But only move here if you want to clean your new unit yourself, and do not move any of your personal belongings in until you ensure there are no roaches. I transferred from a unit after being in it for 3 years with no pest issues to a larger unit that was infested with cockroaches. It has been a great disappointment to have to spend so much money cleaning and exterminating this unit myself to get it a livable condition.

I’ve been living here for about 2-3 years. Not have an issue at all. Submitting work is easy and they can fast and fix it fast. Yeah it has its smalls issues but every complex has them. Best place I’ve live so far

There is outdated interior in the apartment, dirty buildings full of dirt spider webs and bird waste. The gates are always broken down every other day as well as for the key fob function, dog waste everywhere and management doesn’t do anything about it. It looks like cat homeless community with cats everywhere getting on your cars. Outdated work out equipment. Maintenance orders always take days to be resolved.

It feels like they never inspected my unit prior to leasing it to me. It seems they just patched up the walls and shampooed the carpets, but that’s it. I’ve only been here a few days and found all these issues. There’s no attention to detail. The parking lots always have trash. We are also a family with 2 cars and sometimes it’s hard to find parking unless I pay $4 to reserve an empty spot. I shouldn’t have to pay. I also requested a closer parking spot to our unit because it makes more sense and they did not want to change my assigned parking spot

Maintenance and staff are helpful and friendly haven’t had an issue at all but I would suggest you move in during non-peak months as my lease renewal was $300 more than what they’re offering new residents moving in the same time im moving out.

Although the property is nice and apartment is great, my upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy, discourteous and inconsiderate. Despite providing evidence to management, little to nothing has been done to help me.

I chose Ashton Pointe due to the amenities around the apartment complex such as their pool, grilling areas and gym. There is also a huge park walking distance from Ashton Pointe with a kids park, softball fields, etc. that is huge and beautiful. Their staff was friendly from the start and it was easy to communicate with them. As I moved in the apartment, I was expecting much more for the price I pay, but it is an average apartment. Nice, but average. Everything factors into Ashton Pointe, it is gated, the amenities around the complex are amazing, it is close to work and the staff is super friendly. Regardless of the average apartment, I am happy I chose this area.

Overall management has been amazing to us. The overall community is beautiful. The only thing I would say about these apartments is the upkeep. The cleanliness of the exterior and interior apartment. The amount of spiderwebs and wasp nest that you see all around the apartment is unacceptable. Not only that when we moved in they were plenty of spiders all throughout the apartment. Management has fixed all other issues right away. Just the spider and wasp nests need to be taken care of. Out of 10, i can rate about 8.
Excellent staff overall very profesional an friendly
The complex itself is nice, but be prepared to know how to DIY your own maintenance requests. They have maintenance guys, but they seem too busy working on their professional golf cart racing career. Have a question for the office staff? Don't bother calling or emailing, they'll never respond. I get they don't like their jobs, but ignoring their duties is just plainly unprofessional. Still interested in living here? Just remember that on top of your base rent and utilities are "pest control" fees and common area fees that will stack up your rent.
I have lived here for several years. Under the new management company, Alliance, this place has gone downhill and fast. Maintenance takes days to happen, if it even does. The grounds are disgusting. They are not picky about who they allow to rent. The office staff act is if they are far too important to be bothered with their lowly tenants. At this moment, there are multiple lamps/lighting that has been out for months and not fixed making it unsafe to walk around in the evening. Even after reporting issues to the office, nothing is done. It’s unfortunate because this place used to be awesome under the last management company and it’s staff. We cannot wait to move. Before more roof rats infest the rest of the 3rd floor.
Myself, along with several childhood friends and family, have lived at this property for several years to date. I have witnessed, many short term Managers, Assistant Mgrs., Leasing Agents, and Maintance Workers throughout the years, that have been absolutely worthless. I, nor my friends and family, cannot dispute that. But, Within the past year, or so, there has been the same Upper Management in place, that we feel have been beyond a ray of sunshine, accompanied by the most brilliant dual rainbow, so to speak!!! Since Ashley H., Community Manager, and Rachael T., Assistant community Manager, have been in charge of our Apt. Front Office we have experienced a small sense of confidence that many things will be better. My perception is due to, I believe, our Mangement in place today. They have to be a direct result of nonstop remodeling of many different, not so nice areas of our property. You can also feel they care to help us feel we are home each and every time we have contact with them. I also believe I foresee small additions that will add to the interior and exterior looks of this comfortable apartment home community coming in the near future. Ones that will surpass the most recent ones (wink-wink.) My family and I absolutely love the many interactive functions that the Staff provide us in our newly renovated clubhouse. Thank you!!! The maintenance guys really make it feel friendly when you have silly requests like needing my sink snaked. The office staff has always been so sweet and they make it feel more community oriented will all the events they host and they actually get involved!
Me and my wife have lived here for the past two years and regret re-newing our lease. Walls are paper thin and management refuses todo anything about noise from upstairs neighbor's that rattles the fan,be ready to hear arugments from other apartments and have your windows shake if you move here. The apartments look nice but are cheaply put together; such as hinges on cabnets coming off, covers for sprinklers on roof fall off, faces of the cabets with handles always and I mean ALWAYS come off. DO NOT get an apartment by the pool because management does not enforce the "quiet time" from 10pm to 6am. Constant smell of weed in the air from 8pm and later. There is "security " but they only walk around the office and in the two years ive been here have never seen security actually walk the property.
I have lived here for over a year. Always had a great experience there was some hiccups, such as the pool being shut down most of the summer last year. However the property was still nice. The associates in the office were always very apologetic and listened to the residents concerns. However now there is trash frequently left everywhere that is not picked up for days. Gates hardly work and oh yeah the "state of their art gym" never has wipes to wipe down machine or even paper towels stocked. And there is always at least one treadmill broken. Even though the staff says they get maintenances every quarter. The pool is not private it is actually known that whomever can just come and swim. They say it's luxury but you will definitely not get what you paid for
Select another apartment! Under Alliance Company this complex has gone down.look at dates on reviews 'coz Alliance took over March 2016! No hot water for days, flooded apartments due to burst water heaters, water turned off for days, disposal blocks every time so cheap stinking apartment for 5 days waiting on maintenance, pool closed in heat of summer, no patio furniture at pool for months, dog feces everywhere, private parking spot always taken, management never available and contradict each other...do I need to keep going 'coz there's plenty more! I'm moving out along with everyone else I know! Gorgeous from exterior but be warned...
