Property Ratings at Ashton Place (phase 2)
I’m not sure what some of these reviews are about...BUT my husband and I have been here for 7 months and are talking about renewing our lease. We have two dogs, and almost everyone has a pet! Our neighbors are super friendly and our townhouse is BEAUTIFUL! Management is phenomenal, we’ve had horrible management at other rentals in the past and let me tell you, James goes far more than above and beyond for the tenants. For people complaining they are overpriced, you pay for what you get. You’re in a neighborhood, a very safe and clean area, newer townhomes, and amenities like crazy. It’s hard to find places that allow two dogs with no weight limit or an in-unit washer and dryer. And for the past reviews, I have no idea who Amanda is, but she isn’t here anymore! Ha.
I just moved here March 2018, and have been perfectly happy. My son helps out around the complex picking up trash and dog poop. There are no designated dog walking areas and to avoid all the dog owners pointing fingers my son takes time daily to help out. Since I have been here the staff has been quick to answer any and every question and concern. Amanda has done an amazing job, she has been nothing but resourceful and warming. I love the fact that I feel at home and not just living in an apartment. Not many apartment people would allow you to decorate your porch and plant flowers or paint walls. The only issues that I have had are with fellow neighbors. You can't make friends with everyone I guess! I am so happy that we choose to move here.
I love Ashton Place. Friendly professional staff and management. We moved from out of state it is conveniently located and feels so much like a home. The bedrooms upstairs are awesome and the powder room downstairs is so convenient. I would definitely recommend Ashton Place.
We love Ashton Place. We have not had any problems that require maintenance attention, but office staff is super attentive and professional. We would definitely recommend Ashton Place, we are so happy with our decision.
Ashton is so modern, new, and beautiful. We have love Ashton. It is a wonderful community and pet friendly!! So closet to Silver Creek Metro Parks and local dog park. We are so happy we decided on Ashton!
Our town home is absolutely beautiful down to every detail. Quality products and construction. We would definitely recommend Ashton Place! We know that the staff and maintenance staff professional and trustworthy.

Staff is superb and so helpful. We love Amanda, Carla, and Mike. They are so helpful and always responsive and professional. We love the townhomes so modern and quality.
Management is new as well as Maintenance. We are very pleased with the apartment and love that it feels like a home. Amanda is fabulous and very professional. We have also had maintenance issues that were resolved quickly and Mike was very professional. We love our neighbors! Nice location and beautify townhomes.
Management and Staff have been amazing and very approachable. We have lived at Ashton for 9 months and have had not problems. I love our modern new apartment and super excited about the pool and clubhouse being built!
We moved here from out of town and the people in Wadsworth have been very friendly. The staff here are very professional. We are excited about getting our new in ground pool that is being built. Its so nice that they allow pets. I wouldn't go anywhere without my fur babies! If you are looking for a nice quiet, clean place to live then I would recommend checking it out.
