The apartment is really comfortable, pleasant and well prepared, the neighbors are rather nice. And especially Mandy and Jessy are really admirable

The loft style apartment is not only spacious but comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I could not of found a better apartment complex to reside in!

These apartments could be so nice and worth the exorbitant cost (relative to this location) if they weren’t getting so run down. Kitchen was disgusting when we moved in (literal grease coating the interiors with peeling paper ect) not to mention the cabinets are ancient and falling apart. fridge and kitchen floor was dirty. Railings loose, holes in closet walls, stained old counters, creaky bathrooms with water damage on the cabinets. Horrible paint job with effed up old baseboards everywhere! Bug issue too. Lots of units are missing window shutters, have damage on the porches, and they don’t do any landscaping so it looks trashy, which is a shame because this place could be so nice. Ladies up front are kind of snotty and act like this is some 5 star swanky gated community when it’s just not. I could deal with all of this if it was an economical option, but it isn’t. Only real pluses are that the kitchen are eat in and the other residents are usually fine/ the kids are active but well behaved.

I have recently moved here from Columbus and I have to say this has been my favorite place to live by far. The staff have been so accommodating, patient and kind whenever I have called with questions or concerns. They have gone above and beyond for us since we have been here. We absolutely love the set up of our townhome. We get so much more space for our money then in previous apartments, and the apartment is well maintained. They promptly fixed any issues that arose when we moved in. The community is so quiet and peaceful it makes us feel right at home. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Ashton Meadows has come a loooong way as opposed to 10+ years ago. The staff is friendly and always available if needed. All the staff is professional and very friendly to everyone!

One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The office staff is beyond amazing and go above and beyond to find what works best for you! The maintenance staff is also great, very quick to come check out a problem and very quick on a solution! The grounds are very well kept and it is a calm, quiet environment to live in!

I moved from out-of-state with intentions of residing in housing provided by my company which did not happen. I had to quickly find a place and selected Ashton Meadows sight unseen (other than pictures) with the intentions of it being temporary. Having been here for a year (just renewed my lease) I realized it offered everything I needed and wanted. The staff is EXCELLENT; Mandy, Mickey, and Nick ALWAYS respond immediately to the few issues that I have had. They know their tenants and go above and beyond in addressing their needs. I highly recommend Ashton Meadows! (Side note: someone mentioned the parking lot was bad; it is being resurfaced as I write).

Probably the worst property management i’ve ever dealt with. The parking lot and drive way is filled with pot holes that never get repaired. Seemingly impossible to get them to address any real maintenance problems. If you move in here don’t expect to get your security deposit back because they will nickel and dime the whole thing away without any explanation or justification.

Just moved out last month but absolutely loved our time at Ashton Meadows. The staff walk the grounds multiple times per day, it is always clean and well kept, safe AND quiet (location is not in town) and the pool was AMAZING to come home to on hot days!!! Mandy and her staff were top notch as well. All packages are delivered to the office and me working so far away there were SEVERAL times they went above and beyond and just took things to my place for me because they knew my work situation. They also took repair concerns with the same promptness and care and got any situation that came up addressed immediately. They were always doing a get together in the lounge area of the office for holidays and other big type celebrations, food, giveaways, they even did a March Madness Bracket for the NCAA tourney!!!! It was really more like being a part of a community than it was an apartment complex. I can't recommend them enough.
