DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW YOU LIVE
I have lived here for a year and was ready to go by 6 months. Roach infested and the management refuses to correct the problem. They only patch up issues and not full correct the problem. Recently had a flood in my kitchen and still waiting for them to fix the ceiling. Management refuses to transfer me to another 2 bedroom thinking I will bring the roaches with me. I'm not the source and building 3 is the only building with them and yet they wont correct the issue. Currently looking for a new place. Unless you like paying rent and not having this fixed correct then this is the place for you.

Bad Apartments and even worse management!
This place was horrible, they rarely fixed any of their substandard apartments at Ashley Woods and when they did, they took their poor time. The people in the office are rude and unhelpful unless you're moving in. I disliked the apartment and also traveled a lot, so my apartment was in excellent condition when I moved out, but they never returned my deposit or my partial month's rent. I have pictures and documentation for everything, and recently contacted a family friend that's a lawyer to find out what to do next. Save yourself and do not live here.

Pretty Awesome
This was my first Apt. Lived here for a year with my newborn and husband. 2bd 2bth. Very spacious. And affordable! Neighborhood is average. Occasionally there would be a group of young people hanging by the trash in the front of the apts but they never caused any trouble. The police would drive thru here and there. Rarely had any disturbances. Since our apt was down stairs and by the trees. Occasionally bugs would be seen but not an issue. Overall there wasn't any issues really. I loved this apt wish I could've stayed longer.
