I don’t know who owns this place but they really need to get their management team together. The manager who works in there Cassandra needs to be fired!!! They need to give her more training or re evaluate her or something..she is terrible and a liar!!! I cannot find a number to reach corporate or a higher authority. But something definitely needs to be done about this woman. I’m only giving it 1 star because of her...but I really do like these apartments from what I see

The lease agreement had a notice/clause about bed bugs! That was the RED FLAG waving - but the leasing manager, who asked specifically “is there a bug problem” she emphatically replied “no”! The walk through was held during the day at 4p; the roaches and their other bug friends emerged sometime after dark! The good thing is, my daughter had not moved in any of her belongings in that roach invested trap before it’s true condition was revealed! There were bugs everywhere, including INSIDE the dishwasher & refrigerator!!! This apartment #320 and the ones surrounding it are 100% invested. Management definitely knows, if they don’t, but they do, then that’s even worse! Without a doubt other buildings in the complex are likely infected...leasing office is closed on the weekends. We guess that’s the reason the lease HAD to be signed on Friday afternoon!!!
