The road to in and out of the residence need to get fixed urgently is very bad .
Do not move here if you value your sanity or health. It will be nothing but problems that never get fixed.

I have lived here for 5 years and nothing has been fixed, or even updated. The roadway is horrible coming in and out of the complex. The only thing that has changed is the rent going up and service is going down.

This place is horrible! There is constantly trash everywhere, the gates do not work, the do NOT address mold and leak issues (known issue in multiple apartments) It would be best to stay anywhere but here. high key do not recommend.

My experience at Ashley village was great in the beginning within the last year things have taken a change for the worst. Its not terrible but things need to get back in order. Tiffany does want she can as a manager but as I stated order/help is needed.

Dont move here the place is raggedy there is no maintenance dept to fix anything I have several work orders in and they have not been addressed I will not be renewing my lease

I loved my appartement but the management here is so bad right now. 2 years ago it was wonderful living at Ashley Village. Now its just a nightmare living here.

It's a nice place to live.The rooms are very spacious,the noise level is low and safer for families
I have lived here for a yr and sadly have to move due to a problem with the electric company and our bill being really high every month on top of our already steep rent and now other fees since our yr is up and new regulations. For the most part Ashley Villiage is a great place to stay. They were very helpful in making our relocation process super easy and very accomodating for our family size. It is with sadness that I have to move; but do recommend ending your search here if you're looking for a comfortable safe place to stay with a great staff!
I've lived in this area all my life before i left for the military... NEVER AGAIN! This complex isn't bad if you are looking for affordable and decent housing but you must also not mind... Shootings, break ins, random vandalism, and gangs. I will never live there again!
