Ashley Apartments

The staff was so nice and friendly that I almost didn’t believe it. I am genuinely grateful for the wonderful staff members that helped us get our life started in Maryland. The Apartment its self is even nicer the more you look at it. I took one look around and was sold the minute I saw it. The floor plan was designed with reason and makes sense. Great location, great staff, and great apartments. 10/10.

Thus far we have generally enjoyed our stay at Ashley Apartments. For what we get and what we pay we think it’s a good value but would not stay another year unfortunately. The fitness center is severely lacking and outdated in my opinion. The pool was opened maybe one month (not consecutively) over the summer so that’s a lost amenity that residents lose. Maintenance is hard to get ahold of someone to fix problems we had with our apartment for months even though they fly all over the property in the golf cart. The parking is a disaster with residents parking wherever they please even if it’s not in a spot. (In front of dumpsters, grass, curb)Nobody picks up their dogs waste, there is ALWAYS an abundance of garbage left by any dumpster at any given time time. The residents all in all are pretty lazy and nasty as they don’t watch their kids and can’t fathom to put their trash INSIDE the dumpsters.

Love the neighborhood, so quite, love the shopping center, very convenient, parking is wonderful, could have guest come over anytime without worrying about cars getting towed

Maintenance staff is very knowledgeable. Always gets the job done right the first time the grounds girls really keeps this place. Very nice. The assistant manager Brenda really knows what she’s doing. A very polite very professional. I’ve been here for about 10 years and never seen this place running as good as it is now thanks to everybody

I used to give it 5 stars but lately maintance request and getting things fix has been very bad. When the other supervisor was around he will call to see if it got fix otherwise he will come himself to fix it. I know they been short staff but new employees for them have been with attitudes if they come again to “fix” what never was fix in the first place. Also I know residents don’t keep the complex clean like they are suppose to but the cleaning ladies use to come everyday to clean our building to sweep, mop and vacuum and remove cob webs but now it seems like they come every so often. And only sweep. Mold has been another issue as well as air filters been change. Trash build up around dumpsters has cause to attract rodents and roaches. Unknown cars with no tags and very dark tinted windows has been spotted around complex with has cause insecurities and scared residents that it could potentially be bad people roaming around.

My experience at Ashley Apartments has been decent overall. The apartment itself is nice and in a great location, but maintenance tends to take longer than expected to resolve issues, and communication from management could definitely be better.

Ashley Apartments are close to schools, food, shopping, dining, gyms and other amenities that a family needs and are within walking distance if necessary. The complex is constantly striving to take it to another level.

My experience has been very great everything I expected from this team mainly maintenance team they are very hands on very friendly people that live in the area Leasing office has been great as well

A wonderful community offering spacious apartments, extensive amenities, and ample resident parking. Conveniently located near major highways and a variety of popular stores. Residents enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with pleasant neighbors and dedicated, supportive staff—truly a place that feels like home.

Ashley Apartments is by far the best community in this area..there's much dedication from the front office and maintenance staff. Just love to be a resident.

Good experience! Is one of the best neighborhoods, nothing ever happens, it's close to many utilities that are necessary, no one bothers you, the pool is very nice too.

While it being one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far, Ashley apartments AC isn’t working thruout the entire property. I live with my wife and 2 children in this apartment. We called everyone from property manager to maintence managers an no one has a ETA on when the air conditioning will be fixed. No emails was sent out from the property letting anyone know of the issues they are having. The ac has been out since the 20th of June a still no ETA has beeen provided. Also in our lease agreement, Ashley apartments prevents apartment holders from bringing in ac units as well as they don’t deem Air conditioning not working an emergency. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of moving over here. Besides the crazy pest control problems they have, Air condition has been an ongoing issue over the last 4 years we’ve been in these apartments.

So far good. Wish there was more washers and dryers and that you could be able to pay with your phone because sometimes the loading machine don’t work.

Rent is too high for all the things that happen while staying there. Parking limited. Pay extra for parking with a sticker. Pay extra if I have a roommate. One bedroom way too high compared to other places. Too many emails about the rules. Seen and liked other places better.

Ashley apartments is very nice. Great place to live if you have kids or if you’re single, you can meet some of the most nicest people when it comes to the leasing office everybody is professional and very nice and will treat you with respect I love where I live and I invite you to come here

I loved everything about this apartment. Management people were very helpful and attentive. Never had issues with Parking . Location was close to groceries , movie , Restaurants , Gym , Mall , highway everything. With Utilities included in rent , I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking.

This area is very nice. Sometimes there’s loud noises at night and loud cars. Some tech owners are not picking up their dog droppings but other than that no issues or complaints.

The area its self is good. Management / office staff not at all!!! They have their pick and choose who to help and what guidelines they want to follow. It says they are open once a month on Saturday but since I lived here not once has the been true. Some of the maintenance worker are good.

Very enjoyable, it’s a really nice and peaceful place, you’ll be fine and feel safe, the neighbors are good and friendly and they’re allowed pets.

Having lived here for 10 months now I can safely say it's an amazing apartment to rent. Great location, Great management , No Parking issues, No pests. The best part is the convenience of getting to grocery stores, Food, Mall, Highway, Gym everything. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for an apartment

I had everything go smoothly from start to finish Marcus was great and the online process was easy and was able fill out all of the documents and the upload was easy and my online payment was smooth didn't have to keep trying to make a payment like I said the whole process was easy

Good, Marcus understood that I was told one thing and on the day of movein it was changed. After speaking with him he made sure everything was done and my move in went smooth.

My experience is great the staffs are very helpful,patience and respectful any questions you asked them about the apartments they are patiently ready to answer you,and the neighborhood is so clean and peaceful I like it thanks to all of them.

Great community! Close to major stores and highways. Huge apartments with walk-in closets. Pleasant management and maintenance personnel. Friendly neighbors.

Apartments are always kept clean , prompt attention to service requests, off hours request handled well. Lots of parking. Great location for restaurants to groceries. OVERALL LOVE THIS APARTMENTS

It’s been great at Ashley Apartments. The staffs are great, wonderful neighborhood with almost zero crime rates. The apartment complex and surrounding is relieving. The maintenance staff is wow wonderful respectful careful and caring they speak to you the best of ways to make sure all malfunctioning are well maintained and resolve

Our family has been in Ashley Apartments since 2015. Our experience here has been mixed over the years. However, overall the staff makes an effort to ensure that you have a positive experience in the community.

I’ve only been here for 3 days, so far I have enjoyed the quiet time. I am looking forward to the summer when I can enjoy my patio and take in the view. I really enjoy the convenience of the near by local shops that I have been going to for years.

The property has kept dairy clean the grounds grow does a very good job every day of cleaning This place and making sure there’s no trash anywhere it maintenance guys Are awesome no matter what you report they fix it right the first time I personally think it’s the best apartment complex in Maryland. Thanks so much guys and girls.

It's very nice here, the atmosphere is very nice, the people are very friendly! Pets are allowed, there are many places nearby so you can get along better.

after getting approved it was such a hassle to get into the place. Something always came up it seemed like. Move in date switched three times even after making arrangements for these days. After we finally moved in we discovered the apartment has roaches. And also they will be charging utilities based on how many people occupy the apartment for unexpired leases. When my lease expires I will not be renewing it.

Very happy with Ashley apartments so far . They keep them very clean, prompt with repairs , large rooms. Great management. Great location with most grocery chains , restaurant chains, local food everything.

Love the community, my neighbors are very friendly. Love that they have activities like the one on the summer for Hispanic heritage month. Halloween candy for the kids. Staff is great.

We have no complaints but want to know if any improvements are forthcoming . Other than that we are happy here we will renew whenever the time comes

Everything is very comfortable, what we like, my family, we have very close shops. It's a very safe place, nothing ever happened to us, it's a very clean and tidy area.

Pros: -Close to shopping center. Rent goes up like 7% every year but it’s still affordable for the area. -Spacious apartment, with nice balconies. Some have storage closet too. -Dog poop stations. Free poop bags provided along with multiple disposal stations. -Simple maintenance request system. You call, receive a confirmation number, and they show up randomly. -Open door policy for management during business hours. They are also good at answering phone calls. -Kids play outside safely with no problems. Also lots of school buses for transportation. Cons: -Centralized heating and AC don’t keep apartments cool in the summer and warm in the winter. -Property crime. Neighbors Honda air bag was stolen and another neighbors 4 tires were stolen off their Honda civic. Need cameras or more frequent patrols. -Parking is bad. Residents have multiple cars. Hard for residents and visitors to find spots. There should be an assigned resident and visitor spot per apartment. -Cars get towed randomly at night without prior notices or warnings; sometimes for violations not explicitly mentioned in documents. Management sends out emails that mention some violations but not all of them. -Residents don’t pick up their dog’s poop. Management reminder emails don’t do anything. -Management sent out notices about no marijuana usage on properties. But residents still smoke it in the buildings and in parking lots.

Great apartment living! Close to popular stores and major highways. Friendly neighbors, amenities included, plenty of parking, exceptional staff and management make this a great place to live.

I love the cleanliness of the neighborhood and I love the strict guidelines they have here and my neighbors are very nice and very respectful.

I moved in recently, and the attention to my needs were fulfilled. The manager was very diligent and kind. I felt warmly welcomed since I started the application.

I love the affordable price and lovely community. The pool my favorite amenity, I like the nature and the environment, the animals are really cutes too.

Unfortunately , my rating is lowered because of fellow residents and their disrespect for the apartment community. The littering and not cleaning up after their dogs when walking them. I still compliment the maintenance team and the response time for issues.

I’m living with hole in my walls for two weeks now. All my belongings that are normally stored in the closet is sitting out on the floors and I don’t know when repairs will be made. The pipe that has caused this leak is still leaking and mold and mildew is forming to the point where you can smell it. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.

My experience in this community has been warm and wonderful. I won't recommending this community to people I meet on daily basis. The residents are peaceful, friendly, and respectful.

I love my apartment complex. I just wish management would do something about the loud hot rod resident unsafe drivers , loud parties past quiet hours, the illegal extra tenants next door definitely going over occupancy limits, and the rude people putting trash in our dumpster, when they have their own.

The community is nice. I like my apartment. Parking is sometimes iffy. But other than that I’ve enjoyed living here. I wish the pool opened earlier but that’s just a preference.

I love living in the Complex, love the neighborhood and that everything is so closed. Wish their was more light outside it will be very dark sometimes.

I just love the ground keeping and the peaceful and quiet nights. The neighbors are friendly, it's just been a wonderful first year here. Keep up the good work ??
