Rent goes up atleast $200 during renewal. Fire alarms always going off. One building has flooded multiple times. They promised a dog park to many that moved in a year ago which is now not happening. Parking is non existent unless you are home by 5pm everyday. Huge turnovers in both residents and management. The trash room is also disgusting, and people wonder why there are mice! It was nice the first few months I lived here.

Amenities and staff are both great. The towing company really sucks and basically extorted us by using intimidation and holding our vehicle hostage.

Parking enforcement needs to be better as people park Infront of hydrants or other spaces they should not. Rent increases are stupid and there is a heavy turnover in people that live here.

Really enjoying Ashlar park. Favorite amenity is the gym. Everything is so clean and maintenance very helpful. Good neighborhood and apartment is quiet. Only thing is parking can sometimes be tight at night.

I moved into Ashlar Park, The Woodlands building a few days ago, and I absolutely love it! Common areas are always clean, the gym has great equipment, and it isn't too crowded. The move-in/application process was also seamless, even though I did it entirely over the phone. The only minus is that parking can be a pain. I've often had to park far away, however, they do offer garage parking for a fee that's right under each building.

Safe and clean community! Staff is great and weekly updates come out about upcoming events etc. The gym and pool are just two of the many amazing amenities offered. I would definitely recommend this complex!

We absolutely love living at Ashlar Park! We're in building 130 and have really enjoyed watching the area transform through all the different seasons. It’s beautiful year-round. The grounds are always so well-maintained, and we truly appreciate the care that goes into keeping everything looking great. It’s clear the team here takes pride in the community, and it makes living here all the more enjoyable.

Overall things are fine after moving in a week ago. Disappointed to see buildings are not handicap accessible. Also unclear how much the “No dogs on the quad grass” rule is reinforced, having seem several already. And finally, the parking issue is a real issue. Telling residents paying thousands in rent to go park in Quincy Center garages if the lots are full??

I have had a generally positive experience living at Ashlar part. The staff is friendly and the common areas and amenities are always well maintained and clean. Maintenance requests are usually quickly solved though some have taken months to be fully addressed. Despite that, I appreciate the sense of community the management team fosters through resident events and activities.

I wish maintenance had a notification saying when they’re on their way. Also, more community events that work for people who don’t get home until 6:30? Also, fencing in behind 120 would make the perfect dog park

Really great so far!!! The noise level is great, and neighbors seem very nice. Would like to have more equipment within the gym and another stair master for sure! Delivery drivers have a bit of a hard time finding the building, a sign out in the front pointing to each building location would be helpful!

I love living here! It’s beautiful and quiet. My apartment is new and gets great light; maintenance is super responsive and easy to work with. But Ashlar Park has been having a lot of issues with keys lately/elevators out of service, which can be a little frustrating. And I wish the community events were planned for times when I wasn’t working. They host a lot of cool activities, but the timing can be tricky if you have a day job.

Hi, I'd like to start by saying that I love Ashley Park and I love living in the community with that said I have to say the management staff has not been up to par since I have moved in, I have had multiple issues with the staff and not getting Issues such as the mice problem we were experiencing in 140 to be dealt with in a timely fashion I felt as though I have been ignored multiple times. this is not something that I should have to be dealing with as a resident. I work full-time and do not have time to chase people down. Another great example of this would be the safety issue of the door being unlocked in the 140 building for months I complained about this multiple times and the staff made me feel as though I was annoying them but is a major safety concern, considering we live in a city and in this day as a young female girl who is single and lives with another young female roommate, it is not safe for us to live in an apartment that is accessible 24 hours a day by the public.

Living here is ok. The apartments are very overpriced for what they are and the parking situation is a mess. They don’t ever hold people who park illegally (including in handicapped spots who aren’t supposed to) accountable, which is incredibly frustrating considering it’s supposed to be a lease violation. There’s also been people who have had issues with flooding, mice and ants.

Great community, but it would be really nice to have coffee cups instead of bringing your own. The team has been really great at the gym is very clean. The trash room does not smell at all and they take care of the hallway every single day. I love the scent in the hallway.

Love the community and management of AP! They were so accommodating and helpful with the move in process and gave you all the resources you need when settling into an apartment and new community. The maintenance staff are so quick to fix your issues and are genuinely committed to helping you. The physical apartment, buildings, amenities, and common spaces are all very nice. While the value for what we get may not be there, that is typical given the high price of housing in this area. My only complaint is that there have been multiple occurrences of other community members do not pick up after their pets when they use go outside or when they place allow their garbage to overflow in the garbage rooms.

Overall, a nice place to live but lately it seems like they stopped cleaning the buildings, taking out garbage etc. When things like this happen, residents bringing up the concerns usually helps

Living experience has been great. The staff are attentive and quick to help with any issues. They’ve addressed some of the parking issues well over time which has made a difference. Only thing I wish could improve is for the gym— it could really use one extra bench, barbell and for the cable machines one of them is missing a carabiner so is unusable without it. That would do so much to make sure as many people can do the exercises they need to rather than waiting.

Very nice apartment and amenities. Staff are great. I’m definitely worried about lease renewal time, though, and how much rent will increase. I do feel taken advantage of in terms of all of the costs - i.e. parking (we ended up paying for garage parking due to the limited spots, although we were initially excited about the idea of free surface parking) and water/sewer which I’ve never had to pay as a renter before and was much higher than I expected.

Ashlar park is a beautiful community to live in! It’s clean, has great amenities, and they put on great events. Parking is free and it is very safe.

Overall Ashlar Park has been a good experience. We have been here over a year and had some major hiccups with our apartment in the beginning. Thankfully since moving to the Woodlands building, things have been going more smoothly. We had issues with communication towards the beginning of our residency, but it does seem like it has improved. Overall we are satisfied with AP. Side note: it is difficult to RSVP to events because they fill up fast. Resident parties are great though

Responsive maintenance team, clean common areas and spacious apartments. Having the work space pods and open work areas make for a very productive work from home atmosphere.

I've been here a year now and it's been a pretty peaceful place to live. They recently had issues with parking and my car got towed however, they did apologize and leave a little note and gift on my door as an extra gesture which I appreciated. I really love the events they organize for residents but they don't have as many as they used to. I am hopeful they will start picking back up again !

Ashlar Park has become our new home. Moving from the West Coast from the East Coast was a difficult challenge but the AP team made the leasing and move in process seamless. The unit and amenities have exceeded our expectations and the planned monthly events create a great community atmosphere. Inevitably, apartment living comes with challenges, maintenance issues, and inconveniences that are largely out of anyone’s control. Whenever something like this has come up, the AP team has been communicative and done whatever they can to provide excellent customer service and provide a solution. We are grateful for all the time we have lived at AP and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future.
