Its a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly. Sometimes the garbage rooms get messy and smell pretty bad but other then that the maintenance does a great job. There are lots of residential events that are fun to attend and help create a sense of community.

I'va living here for about a month now, the overall experience it's just amazing. Since the proceeds of approval the information was clear and easy, the personnel it's always kind and available for any question. The process of moving was easy because they guide you in every step. The maintenance in the common areas is good, and all the spaces are lovely and you can feel them like home. So for the moment it's just really good.

This is our third week, and everything has been going really smoothly. I really appreciated the details you left when I moved into the apartment, as well as all the attention during the moving process. So far, so great!
Mostly pretty good. Renewals could be handled better and upstairs neighbors make it unbearable to be inside due to noise. Feel like we pay way too much to not feel comfortable at home.

Moving in was a breeze with the trolleys in our building. The community is beautiful and clean. Our apartment was one of the cleanest ones I have ever moved into, so I had to do very minimal cleaning.

Amazing so far this place is like an all inclusive vacation destination with a great pool and 24 hour gym and beautiful walking trails and of course lemon water.

Apartment is great. Everything is up to date with several different amenities. The complex has weekly events. Parking after 9pm is a nightmare.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years. There have been some hiccups, management staff turnover and the rent increase with lease renewals is pretty expensive but over it still feels like home.

it would be nice if the activities were either earlier in the morning or later at night. I also wish there was some way to meet my neighbors. I’ve lived here for a year and haven’t had the chance to go to any mixers or events. The events that I DO sign up for, get booked up really quickly. Maybe extend the time or the amount of people who can attended? Maybe set up a two day event so that there’s opportunity for people who could make the first wave of invites- meet the second wave of invites?

We truly love living here! We’ve met so many friends (even started a monthly dinner club group), love the amenities, and really enjoy the residential and woodsy vibes while still being walking distance to a thriving downtown. My only recommendations are - guest parking (even if we have do pick up a pass ahead of time or something) is something that really impacts my experience, as I have family that comes to visit out of the area every so often and it’s frustrating that they need do park down at the Kilroy lot or elsewhere - can we start a resident events committee or something like that? I’ve talked with lots of folks, and we all really want to be involved in the brainstorming of event ideas and even the execution of them

Since moving here from out of state, we have been more than happy living at Ashlar Park. We chose this location because it’s nestled in a charming neighborhood and is very walkable, which was a top priority for us. The amenities here are truly like no other. From the monthly events hosted for residents to thoughtful extras like a gift-wrapping station during the holidays, we continue to be wowed by our experience. What stands out most is the sense of community, you really feel like you’re part of something special here, which has made our transition so much easier. We also love that there is ample free parking, with the option for garage parking for an extra fee. After touring many places in and outside of Boston, we were blown away by the spaciousness and beauty of Ashlar Park...it’s unmatched. I highly recommend coming in for a tour to meet the friendly staff and see the stunning “campus” of Ashlar Park for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

The Skyline Building has amazing views of the Boston Skyline! The pool is nice for the summer. The Gym has everything you need nice open space. The maintenance team is prompt and very helpful so is the staff in the main building.

Our experience at Ashlar park have been exemplary especially service, main desk and support staff. This is a good place to live if you enjoy nature and beach as well as a safe environment with good amenities.

Rent goes up atleast $200 during renewal. Fire alarms always going off. One building has flooded multiple times. They promised a dog park to many that moved in a year ago which is now not happening. Parking is non existent unless you are home by 5pm everyday. Huge turnovers in both residents and management. The trash room is also disgusting, and people wonder why there are mice! It was nice the first few months I lived here.

Amenities and staff are both great. The towing company really sucks and basically extorted us by using intimidation and holding our vehicle hostage.

Parking enforcement needs to be better as people park Infront of hydrants or other spaces they should not. Rent increases are stupid and there is a heavy turnover in people that live here.

Really enjoying Ashlar park. Favorite amenity is the gym. Everything is so clean and maintenance very helpful. Good neighborhood and apartment is quiet. Only thing is parking can sometimes be tight at night.

I moved into Ashlar Park, The Woodlands building a few days ago, and I absolutely love it! Common areas are always clean, the gym has great equipment, and it isn't too crowded. The move-in/application process was also seamless, even though I did it entirely over the phone. The only minus is that parking can be a pain. I've often had to park far away, however, they do offer garage parking for a fee that's right under each building.

Safe and clean community! Staff is great and weekly updates come out about upcoming events etc. The gym and pool are just two of the many amazing amenities offered. I would definitely recommend this complex!

We absolutely love living at Ashlar Park! We're in building 130 and have really enjoyed watching the area transform through all the different seasons. It’s beautiful year-round. The grounds are always so well-maintained, and we truly appreciate the care that goes into keeping everything looking great. It’s clear the team here takes pride in the community, and it makes living here all the more enjoyable.

Overall things are fine after moving in a week ago. Disappointed to see buildings are not handicap accessible. Also unclear how much the “No dogs on the quad grass” rule is reinforced, having seem several already. And finally, the parking issue is a real issue. Telling residents paying thousands in rent to go park in Quincy Center garages if the lots are full??

I’ve been living at Ashlar Park for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful layouts. The amenities are a huge plus—whether it’s the gym, the resort-style pool, or the resident lounge, everything is clean, well-maintained, and built for comfort. Location-wise, it’s ideal—peaceful yet close to everything in Quincy and with easy access to Boston. Great place to live. The events are always booked, but the time that I could get a spot was really fun. The maintenance personnel is very helpful and nice.
