When I first entered onto the Property the first thing i noticed was how clean it is. Walking into the Leasing Office I was greeted by Polite & Friendly Leasing Agents making the environment feel as if I’m home which is why I decided to give a review. Thank You All Soo Much
Great & caring staff. The apartments are Updated with a fireplace! Can't beat that! Great neighborhood. I hear kids playing on the weekends (reminds me of home). Spacious rooms and a walk in laundry room .my daughter's love the place! Can't wait til they come over for daddy/daughter dinner! Check these apartments out if your looking!
Property have roaches that want go away no matter how often you clean. It’s over 15 cats that hang around the property. Maintenance man steal. & pool is very nasty. I can’t wait until my lease is over.
Really like how this community looks. Bao is very kind and showed me a great tour. Definitely will rent here. Very quiet neighborhood and apartments look great and spacious. The pool looks very clean compared to many properties ive visited. Great property
I lived here for a year and so far so good. I only had two work orders and they came out within the 72 time frame. I will be renewing when it's time.
By far THE WORST place I’ve lived. Ever! Would NEVER recommend,unless your looking for a roach motel, filled with randoms walking from the store to their Home and using your parking lot as a “cut through “!I literally have had the worst experience here.I was going to keep my mouth shut but today I’ve had about all I can take I moved in in November 2017 in which I was supposed to move in during September unfortunately the unit I was going to get “wasn’t ready”!So naturally I waited. The middle of November came and my unit was finally ready. So in order to move in you have to use the companies that they recommend and require for utilities, which are GA Natural Gas and Georgia Power.In order to actually move in in which I did (BECAUSE ITS A REQUIREMENT) keep that in mind. So anywho I moved in NOTHING WAS RIGHT smh it was filled with roaches the dishwasher was filled with molded water and little net bugs the fan was filled with soooooo much dust The carpet did not fit the entire room the fire place cover was broken the floors were filthy the water heater did not work so when the naturalists guy came out he said he could not and would not work on my unit because the water heater was horrible and did not meet the standards of ga natural gas and so did ga power (and I have my paperwork to prove it) my mail box was broken could receive anything the previous tenets harassed me on the daily about getting their mail at my door step then the broke the mailbox (that was already broken) I called corporate and the complex maintenance came and fixed my water heater and “stretched my carpet and sent pest control out (these are the things I physically saw get “fixed”) I assumed everything else was fixed as well And they sent me an email saying all of my problems had been resolved so unfortunately when they brought my water heater in they chipped my wall which was already coming off and I put in numerous repairs request still nothing and now after paying my rent on time EVERY month they are billing me and extra 400 dollars say I OWE THEM?! For what?Electric that’s in their name?! Excuse me?I pay my bills every month and there is no way they have paid my electric bill lol this is the worst place EVER my mailbox is barely fixed it’s nasty here cats sitting all around the dumpster is ALWAYS NASTY and filled with roaches and they will try to blame YOU for their Incompetence how is that?!!!! The ONLY WAY THINGS WILL GET DONE HERE IS OF YOU CONTACT CORPORATE GOOD LUCK
Loves the apartment. We love living here. The employees are amazing. Will definitely refer everyone. They treat me us like we are family.
I've only been living here 2 weeks.. when I first walked in there was a terrible smell and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from.. we were told it would be taken care of.. no one ever came and every time we call they say they're waiting on a response from corporate.. secondly there's a leak in my refrigerator & When I moved in my toilet was stopped up. Thirdly, I still haven't received keys to my mailbox or fireplace so no, I have no access to my mail. And last but definitely not least ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES and since pest control came it's gotten worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE
The apartments are great big open space friendly neighbors great pricng on apartments full gym really nice pool. Kid and pet friendly. 24/7 maintenance

I currently live in Ashland Pines Apartments Homes, and so far I love it. The office staff is beyond helpful and very understanding. The maintenance team is very proactive and responds to my request same day. The apartment complex is very quiet and you have courtesy officers from Dekalb County Police Department living amongst you, so that gives me a piece of mind. Inside my 1/1 apartment, it's perfect for 1-2 people. The bathroom could be bigger, but that was not a deal breaker for me. The complex is very clean and the pool is also clean and relaxing. This is my first time renting an apartment and the move in process was very easy as well. The office staff will thoroughly explain everything and make sure you have all needed documents. Hopefully my review will help you in making your decision, you won't be sorry.
