Part way through my first 1-year lease. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful with the move in process: fast, straight forward, understanding and helpful! For a single occupant in Atlanta, it’s a great price for a great place! Area is quiet and people generally seem to keep to themselves.

I moved in October of last year, and am so glad I chose this place! The leasing manager Angela is very professional and pleasant, and maintenance as well. I would give Ashgrove 6 stars if I could!
I been living here for 8 yrs now, the new owners and mgr are very caring and be concerned about the tenants and we’ll kept of the property, hopefully continue to stay another 8yrs.
I like the area there are families same as me very convenient and the office and maintenance staff are very good.
My experience at Ashgrove Apartments has been great. The community is quiet, and the tenants are friendly. Ms. Angela, the Assistant Manager, is always professional and she gives superb customer service to me. If I have an issue or a question about a matter about the apartment, Ms. Angela will resolve the matter quickly. Also, the maintenance person, Mr. Samuel, is great at his job. He is kind, professional, and great at what he does. I am grateful to be a part of Ashgrove Apartments. Thank you, Ashgrove Apartments, for all the great work that you do.
Great Place as a starter apartment. The new management is great and reliable. It's also marta accessible which is a great convenience.
I enjoy living in Ashgrove Apts, the location is great also. The property is well taken care of and if you have a maintenance request they are right on it.
If you are young and looking for your first home, this is a great apartment. The rent is reasonable compared to other places and the location offers a lot. There is a lake nearby for nature walks, easy access to MARTA, close proximity to colleges and stores for late-night snacking.

The staff here at ashgrove is excellent and they work around the clock to make sure your apartment is safe and up to date.
As long as I have been living here at ashgrove the office staff is very nice and helpful the maintenance worker fix things on time and the property is clean and good.
The best thing about Ashgrove Apartment, Is the new Ownership. They really seem to care about the property, and are upgrading lots of their units, to make your living experience better. Management is very professional. I’ve been living here for about 5 years and I’m really impressed by the new management team. The apartments are affordable and well maintained. Grounds are clean, anything that needs to be fixed is done in a decent time frame. When I have maintenance issues, I submit a request and it's handled within a day. My old apartments would take weeks at a time. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. If you are looking for a well-maintained place to live, that’s not going to put a hole in your pockets, I highly recommend checking Ashgrove Apartments out. Kweli
