Apartment complex doesn't let you out of lease ,if you employed out of town. There's an additional $75 per month fee, plus a 45 days notice with a cutoff date to turn in. The property manager not friendly, rude, and will not work with her renters.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Haley and Jamie work in the office and they are very rude disrespectful and fake. One incident I had to deal with Haley and she was very disrespectful, rude, and completely fake the entire time. I do not see why they have such a rude, unprofessional and inexperienced girl working in this high standard property. Also avoid the office manager Kim if you want to be treated nice & fairly. If you do have to talk with office staff please just ask for Teresa. She has always been friendly and cordial and professional... The maintenance manager who is on call 24/7 is Dakota and he has always been very professional, outgoing, nice and helpful with anything I needed as well as his right hand man, Chase...This luxury property is quiet, well maintained and honestly a great place to live as long as you avoid the 3 problems in the office.
After having my work orders dismissed for SIX WEEKS on a broken washer (they kept telling me it wasn’t broken), I came home to the smell of smoke and a small electrical fire. They then told me they would come by THREE DAYS later to replace it. Six weeks I hauled my laundry to laundromats and my parents house and they refused to reimburse me. Also refused to let me out of my lease ONE MONTH EARLY, when my place very clearly was having electrical issues and I could not stay there.
Would not recommend. My husband and I are being charged over $600 for a one inch burn mark that is on the counter top. This was there the day we moved in but we didn’t mention it because we understand it is a used apartment and will have normal wear and tear. Big mistake. They are trying to make as much money off of us as possible. We had to have our sink fixed three or four times because it was leaking and flooding the vanity in the bathroom. This was during the holidays and was extremely inconvenient as we had to plan our life around maintenance coming into our home. Maintenance was not very timely and the fact that they had to come back three times before the figured out we just needed a new faucet!!?? Seriously? Extremely frustrating, uncomfortable, stressful, and inconvenient. 0/10 would not recommend.
Want to meet the most dishonest apartment management in Huntsville, stay at Ashbury Woods Apartments, they stole my money...So much for supporting our military...32 Ashbury Woods Drive Huntsville, AL 35824 RUN, they are thieves....so much for supporting our troops.
Being a single parent is a challenge at times when you have a 15 year old daughter with a social status standing of 1000 Facebook friends. Ashbury Woods has rescued me more than once when after school activities have been filled up on my calendar. Ashbury is affordable, easily accessible and actually quite appealing for any lifestyle. Thank you Ashbury Woods for helping me keep my sanity while keeping my daughter on the top of her social media game. If I could, I would Instagram a great big smile of me in front of Ashbury Woods.But since I am more of a twit than a twitterer, I will just say that Ashbury Woods gets a Triple A rating from me.
Nice to live in. With that said you willnot get your deposit money back. They will lose you check in markup for the apartment and charge you what they want. Also, your last water bill will be al least two times your normal billing. Do not look for a fair refund to come back.
At around $629 a month, this apartment gives you the biggest bang for your buck. At approximately 920 square feet, you have enough space to put all your bachelor stuff, and then some. Tall ceilings, a huge walk-in closet, plenty of storage, and a washer/dryer in your apartment make it a steal. The only reason it is rated a 4 not 5 is because the management can be spotty at times. Most of the time, they are extremely helpful but there are other times where they just don't seem like they want to be bothered. Overall, good place to live
Don't even consider this place! The main property manager is awful and needs to be fired! She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending with every breath. If you move here, pray you never have any issues because they sure won't be handled. Left us in the Alabama heat in July for 3 days before having our AC repaired. And that was only after going over her head to her management to complain. Constantly demanding more paperwork and increasing renters insurance requirements out of no where. Seriously, wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate.
It is a good place to live and a very peaceful neighborhood I must say its nice only thing that will be great is free water and more computers to use. By far it is great rent is $729 and its just to hard to pay rent at times if I won free rent for a year that will help us out alot that is why I am putting in for this review I saw a opportunity and I went for it . It will really help seriously but its in GOD hands and your hands at this moment.
My apartment is great except for parking but my apartment is spacious and the rent isn't bad even as a college student it has just about everything you could as for and the staff is okay also
I have been living in this residency for over a year. Before moving, I read reviews about poor management but ignored them. Major mistake. The office staff is quite pleasant but the actual manager is very rude and unprofessional. They ignored my emails, talked very demeaning to me over the phone and if you do not watch yourself, they'll keep you from getting your referrals. The neighborhood is lovely, but as long as you never have to talk to the manager, you will be alright.
