The property is beautiful. Everybody at the property has been so helpful and gracious and welcoming. Really looking forward to settling in and enjoying this beautiful home.

Had a good experience at this neighborhood. Enjoy walking to the restaurants and shops near by. Would recommend due to proximity to various amenities.

Great amenities, clean, very responsive to any issues that I have. On top of that its a great locatiom and close to a lot of stores within walking distance.

It's a nice place to live and the community is great and peaceful. We have so many outlets and food joints. Walmart is just a few steps away

The office staff is so nice. They are all patient, knowledgeable and professional. The same can be said for the maintenance staff as well. The common area amenities are always clean, well kept and top notch all the time

I really like the staff and neighborhood. Pet friendly place is one of my deal breaker. Amenities are top notch and the common areas to hang around are sweet.

I've moved in for two weeks. Everything is so well organized and maintained. The maintainance is quick and responsible. I am very enjoying living here. Look forward to more events ahead!

Signing my lease and moving in was great nonetheless..., the staff are absolutely amazing with no complaints. My only complaint that I do have is when I moved into my apartment which was quickly turned was not cleaned properly as the floor had debris and bathroom countertop sills and window ledges were gross along with the vents. Aside from that everything else is great, location amenities, people, events make it all worth while

I’ve lived at Ashbridge Apartments for over 2 years and overall I’m very happy here. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are modern and quiet, and the location is very convenient.

We really enjoy living at Ashbridge!! The apartment spaces are so modern and have great design. We are two people working from home and have plenty of space, and love thw options like the common spaces, business center and mansion. Everyone who works here is so kind and always willing to help.

My only complaint is the amount of dog droppings around the property. I also am aware that this is a residents’ issue more than an Ashbridge issue. This place is really fantastic and I wish that all of the residents would pitch in to keep the place cleaner. One of the shortcomings of a very dog-friendly residence. Everything else is 10/10.

We absolutely love living here. The location is great, as is management and maintenance. Everyone is super friendly and responsive. Not to mention the amenities are awesome. Couldn’t ask for more!

Just moved into Ashbridge Exton, and so far it’s been a fantastic experience. The move-in was smooth, the apartment was clean and ready, and the leasing staff made everything very easy. The design of the unit feels modern and thoughtful, and the layout really maximizes space and light. The amenities are top notch — the fitness center is well equipped, the common areas are beautiful and comfortable, and I especially love the monthly resident events they host (they’ve been great for meeting neighbors and feeling connected). The grounds and buildings are well maintained, and everything feels secure and safe.

Always on top of things. From the outside to the inside of the buildings. Love the building amenities & being close to shopping center. Almost 3 years here & looking forward to a fourth.

We love it here! The community has lots to offer and the apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are nice and great at what they do.

A very nice and safe building to live in. The ammenities and location are great. The staff is kind and helpful. Parking is easy as well! Building is secure. Residents are great.

So far so good, the garbage disposal was dirty when we first moved in but other than that it’s been great. We really love the convinence of everything around us!

Management is amazing and the community is great! The apartment is clean inside and out. The management team notifies residents when there are events or large cleaning services.

The apartment is wonderful. All the amenities and the lobby area is really good. I specially like how nice it smells at the lobby. The only issue I have faced is a specific noise in the evenings and nights in my apartment. I am guessing that it is someone using washer or dryer but it is so loud that it penetrates the walls and comes through. Since it is not consistent all the time we forget that it exists other times. But other than that everything else is wonderful!

Location was Living at Ashbridge has been a great experience! The location is incredibly convenient—within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and centrally located between King of Prussia, West Chester, and Phoenixville. The pool and gym are excellent amenities, but my favorite part of living here was the beautiful yellow mansion on the property.

I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place to call home. The location is fantastic, and the community has a lot to offer.The apartments are well maintained, and I truly appreciate it.However, I have encountered a few aspects that could use improvement like I find the interaction with the office staf is lacking. They rarely greet residents or smile, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. A friendly hello or a smile can go a long way. Additionally, the community events could use some serious reworking. I’ve attended a few, but they are Underwhelming It would be great to see more effort put into creating enjoyable experiences for residents. I want to commend the maintenance team.Always responsive, swift, and extremely respectful.Their dedication to the apartments and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and I genuinely appreciate their hard work.In conclusion, I absolutely love living at Ashbridge. If the above concerns are addressed, I believe Ashbridge would shine even brighter.

Ashbridge is Great community with amazing amenities. Pool is perfect for summer and the gym has everything you need. Very pet friendly with a trail right by the buildings and easy going neighbors.

was very happy with the neighborhood and the amenities,however the apartment self has thin wall, where I can hear all kinds of noise at night,and hear neighbor from upstair walking during the day

Ashbridge is a wonderful community. The location is central to Exton across from Restaurants, Shopping and Activities. The buildings are beautiful and loaded with amenities. Common areas are a wonderful retreat and a great place to spend time with friends. The staff are amazing.

I love the location close to grocery store and parks. There are great community events every month with food! Pet friendly, so we see cute puppies every day.

Really nice community and everyone seems very nice around here. Staff is also pretty responsive and helpful. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful community with access to a lot of stores nearby at Main Street.

We absolutely love the high standards that Ashbridge has. Everyone from the staff to residents are friendly. The few times we have needed maintenance no matter how small or large the task, it’s always done quickly and efficiently. Love living here.

The push to exit buttons are the worst thing to exist. Especially for the gym! Impossible to exit the gym if you have things in your hands..

The Ashbridge has been a nice space to live - specifically, access to amenities and local shops have been a highlight! I've only given 4 stars because of the lack of regular cleaning in the shared apartment spaces (elevator, building lobbies, and especially the dog park).

This is my second time living here and to me, this is home. Everything is so wonderful. I couldn't ask for anything better. The Management team are awesome. They go out of their way to make everything perfect. The Maintenence Team are are the same. Always fixed the right time, the first time. The grounds are beautiful maintained.

Great location, clean building, and responsive management. Plenty of parking space and overall it is a comfortable and convenient location to live.

Staff very helpful; overall facilities outstanding. During our initial move, there were several issues we reported and maintenance responds within 24 hrs. To resolve them.

Ashbridge Exton is my favorite place to live. I am so excited for the pool to open back up & love how many events Ashbridge offers. From the Food Trucks to the Dog Friendly Events, Ashbridge is the best place for me and my pups to love. Thank you for providing such a clean, friendly, and beautiful home for us.

I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven! The community has everything anyone could ever need. I can’t wait to experience summertime here. I knew it was the perfect place for me when I came to visit. The pictures don’t actually do it justice!

We just moved in last week and absolute love it! The little touches included in the unit when we moved in (towels in the bathrooms, snacks, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and the communication with staff have been amazing. The building is quiet and the amenities are excellent. We look forward to being here for some time

The Ashbridge property has nice amenities, convenient location including two grocery stores nearby and a god park. The apartments are nice and the kitchen is well equipped.

Its about to be our favorite season here at Ashbridge. Although we have had a few cold days, Spring is near! We know pool season and warm days are in the near future. Looking forward to whats ahead!

I can't believe it's already been two years since I moved into this apartment! Overall, my experience has been fantastic. The location is perfect making it super convenient. The apartment itself has been well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The management has been responsive to any maintenance requests, which I really appreciate. Overall, I'm really happy with my choice and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home!

The staff at J Creekside is incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and the community offers plenty to do. Living here has been a fantastic experience.
