The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ascot Village
This apartment looks nice and welcoming on the outside, but isn’t all that great once you live there. Our apartment had so many problems that staff didn’t seem to care about. The biggest one was that our apartment was infested with roaches all throughout. They would come out of the wall, the counter, the floor, the cabinets. They were in the food, in the fridge and in our microwave. And it wasn’t just the bathroom. It was the living room, closet, bedroom, the whole apartment. We called the apartment complex and they sent over pest control once and it did absolutely nothing.
We moved here in November and it has been the best most welcoming place to live . Maintenance is quick and very nice , the amenities are perfect for families with kids ! Clean soccer field and basketball field with a playground and grills . The unit is nicely proportioned, not far parking and they are pet friendly . The only thing I would have to say is the units don’t come with a microwaves so we bought one and it was no biggie ! Management is extremely sweet and helpful and I’m happy to be living here !
Cant beat the price for a 1 bedroom apartment. The office crew has always been amazing as they have answered all of our needs in a timely manner. They have remodeled the outside completely with a resort like pool and a huge playground for the kids.
Day to day living here is fine but the leasing office is very disorganized and unprofessional. When we arrived to move in with our UHaul full of our stuff and 2 hours left before the leasing office closed they told us that our guarantor(who lives 500 miles away) needed to sign the lease also before they could give us the keys. When we moved out we requested a move out inspection and they told us everything looked good and we wouldn't be charged more than $30 or so. They ended up charging us $165 for painting, when we questioned this they said the person who did our move out inspection shouldn't have told us that. Maintenance was always quick and took care of issues. Parking can be difficult and we often had to park one car on the street.
