Ever since moving here, the staff have been nothing but courteous to me and my family. The maintenance team are always quick to address our issues, and are very friendly. The new management team have done a great job at making my family and I feel welcome. Looking forward to the rest of our lease term!

They charge you $25 a month for what they call valet trash from your door to the dumpster but they leave behind pieces of garbage going down the stairs, nasty gross sticky liquids down the stairs, there are bugs all in the stairwells. I went to multiple different buildings and took pictures. This place is going downhill very fast

Maintenance department manager is a idiot and does not have a clue about plumbing, AC/heating and ventilation. He also has his techs do illegal repairs so he does not have to hire a trained licensed professional on the equipment listed. He allows open high voltage disconnect boxes for the AC units to remain attached to the unit which is a risk small children. Their is also disconnect boxes laying on the ground so if it floods from a hard rain it will short out the unit. There techs don't have a clue on how to diagnose, repair and charge a ac unit. And during the summer don't plan on your ac unit being able to go below 78 degrees and get ready for high power bills due to the ac units not able to hold temp. Multiple tenants had to wait 3 months or longer for their ac unit to get fixed and all maintenance and management could say was we are waiting on approval or we will get around to it. The dog park is a joke, the fence is falling apart and they refuse to fix it. The apartment I am living in has a front door that has plastered over bullet holes through the door which we didn't notice due to a rushed showing so quickly that we didn't get a chance to catch all the issues with the apartment and what we did find took 3 months for them to fix. READ agreement FULLY, you will notice that you are having all your tenants rights taken away ie. being able to hold your rent if a repair is not done in a timely manner. If you try to hold your rent, expect a 3 day eviction notice even if you send it to the court house with the list of repairs. There are constant drug deals and use out in the open. Good luck finding a parking space near your apartment since there are no assigned spaces and there are times where you will have to walk across the entire apartment complex to get to where you live. There are small children running around the apartment complex and through the streets with no parental supervision. The property management team when available is useless and yes you to death, do nothing and list on the resident portal that the issue has been resolved. If you put in for a repair they will not call a head to let you know the date and time they are coming out. If they can't get access to the apartment good luck ever getting the repair. keep an eye on your ticket because the maintenance manager will close out your ticket and will put in that the work was completed so upper management thinks that all repairs are being completed in a timely manner.
Its great as long as you dont have to deal with the staff. If you do talk to one of the women cause the male is rude and questionable to say the least
Lighthouse pointe is a magical apartment complex that garners experiences in every corner. It has diverse selection of restaurants across the street from Thai to Mexican food. It is 15 minutes away from the beach where you can walk your dog or go on a date. If you are ever lazy, they have amenities such as the doggy park, indoor gym, outdoor swimming pool, and much more. Plus it is facing towards the Indian River Lagoon where you would have a perfect view of fireworks during 4th of July. If any of these features does not satisfy your needs, the apartment complex is less than 15 minutes away from downtown Melbourne were you can mingle and have fun! Hope to see you soon!!
Lighthouse Point is a very clean, quiet and great place to live. Directly across US 1 the River is always in your sight. The pet play park is always kept clean, and I have never had any issues with other dogs. Very pet friendly.
It's okay for the price. Pool and workout room are nice amenities, but I would rather remodeling of the apartments themselves.
Good price, large one bedrooms, fitness center is nice, pool is well maintained, management is pretty good about responding to issues, maintenance can take their time, but they get it done working class folks, reasonably quiet even with lots of kids and pets,
