We have renewed our lease for the third time now and guess it says a lot! We love living at Ascent! Thank you for all making us truly feel home here.

Move in was super easy due to the staff and the apartments and amenities are very nice. The views are also great especially at night time with all the lights.

Love living at ascent. I really appreciate management listening to the residents and continuously putting on exciting events or making space within the building more functional! For example recently they added towels in the pool section!

Perfect community and amenities. Extremely dog friendly, with my favorite amenity being the dog washing station. I love the exposed wood. The best is my lake view. The location is a dream. Welcoming community. Monthly events, great for socializing and networking. Highly recommend.

My family and I recently stayed in Ascent’s guest suite for a week while in Milwaukee and could not have had a better experience! Full disclosure – I work for New Lands’ home office team, but this was my first time staying at one of our properties as a guest, so I wanted to share! We checked in on a Saturday and Maine at the front desk had everything ready for us when we got there. There were very clear instructions on parking, using the community amenities, accessing WiFi in the apartment, etc. We were in the Hickory guest suite, so we had gorgeous views of the lake and tons of space for our 10-month-old to crawl around and get her wiggles out. The apartment was fully stocked with the necessities – linens, cookware, kitchenware, toiletries – which made it seamless for us to settle in for the week. We even got coffee almost every morning in the lobby! The location is perfect, too. We were able to take our stroller-wagon and walk the one block up to Metro Market for groceries and had a handful of restaurants in walking distance to choose from. The icing on the cake? Any time we walked somewhere and came back through the lobby, Scott, Jennie, or Maine was at the front desk to welcome us back. We were only there for a couple of days before they knew my husband and daughter by name. As a home office employee, the week as a guest at Ascent gave me a great refresher of why we do what we do. If a guest can experience this level of service and warmth in one week, I can only imagine what the experience of calling Ascent home would be like. The concierge and leasing agents are always available for assistance. The amenities and packages services are top quality. Our view of Lake Michigan is exceptional.

I've been loving it, but I wish there was a switch to turn the lights off for the pool and be able to watch the city lights with the changing colors of the pool, it's too bright at night feels like a hospital.

First month at Ascent has been wonderful! Staff has been so friendly and helpful. We love attending community events and meeting other residents as well.

It is my dream apartment, truly perfect for me and my dog Bast. Very welcoming already, the staff are all delightful and knowledgeable and kind. The community is lively. I love the exposed wood. My view of the lake is sincerely thee best feature. A dream come true.

All of the people from the front desk to the office staff to the other residents have been so genuinely friendly. I feel right at home at the Ascent and am happy I made the move here.

Staff is amazing, tenants are great, and the building is awesome. Don't have a single bad thing to say about Ascent. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they put in the retail space on the ground floor.

Very clean and nice place to live. Professionally managed and amenities are incredible! Plenty of Events for residents and opportunities to meet as many or as few neighbors as you'd like.

We love it here in so many ways. We have the occasional noisy neighbor, and the choice of grey carpet hurts my soul, but so many wonderful things about living here. The community, the architecture, amenities, windows, and our brilliant concierges.

Stopped in at ascent today to see if I could get a quick tour. Even though I am not looking to move Alec was gracious enough to show me the building. The views from the top floor are stunning and the front desk was so polite. Everyone we talked to in the building was so nice to us. It felt very homie walking and talking with all the residents

The Ascent is the best apartment I have ever experienced. From the Canopy bar, to the Pool, to golf simulator, the building is the best in Milwaukee. Sad I don’t live in Milwaukee anymore.

We love living at Ascent. The amenities are the best in class. There is no better roof top in the entire city. The staff is great too! We love it so much that we had our wedding up on the 25th floor.

It has been soft landing to States because of this apartment. It is very Scandinavian style where i am voming from so it already feels like home.

Well positioned , near to groceries and MKE downtown. Churches, pharmacies and excellent view of the city. Nice place to live with excellent neighborhood.

I’ve been here for 6 months and honestly the only negative thing I have to say about it is the noise between rooms. Bass travels unfortunately. Positives, the concierge staff is amazing, Jen, Maine and Scott are amazing to have around and talk to. Upstairs on the 25th is a very easy way to meet others in the building as well as the dog run.

Overall pleasant. i wonder if office space could be available without reservation as i’ve tried using the app in the past with no response. also, it seems it hardly used with the exception of more recently, perhaps there’s more consideration to a more cost friendly rental. it’d also be nice if some of the open spaces offered an additional monitor as opposed to just the one . just some suggestions to make accommodations more resident friendly.

So far I have been really enjoying my experience at Ascent. The staff is very nice and helpful. Only would appreciate espresso coffee option in the lobby coffee machine.

Pros: You can’t beat the location or the view! Comfortable home, great amenities, and attentive team. Love waking up to the sunrise over the lake and drinking morning coffee on the balcony. Many floor plans to meet the goals of different folks. Friendly neighbors. Wonderful drinks served by Gavin, a fabulous mixologist, at Canopy - the resident cocktail bar. Shuffleboard table, billiards table, indoor & outdoor lounges, pool, fitness… Scott & Jen are the warm and effective concierge team welcoming you and your guests, and keeping the building secure during the week. Maine takes over on the weekends. These team members take time to get to know everyone and make the building feel like a home. Cons- Parking is limited and at a premium. The indoor dog run does not really work (horrible odor) and although resolution attempts continue, it has yet to be resolved. The owners might be best off closing that room and chalking it up to a learning experience for future builds. Overall: We’ve lived here since the first few months of the building’s opening and just renewed for an 18 month lease - a testament to our comfort here.

We have lived over 7 months at Ascent and its been a blast! You get to enjoy amazing amenities during winter and then walk to everything happening during MKE downtown during summer!

We have been living at Ascent for 14 months now and I wish I could live here for years. From the concierge to the amenities, everything is great.
