The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ascent at Campus Life
The apartments are beautiful and the staff especially Clayton is amazing.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Ascent at Campus of Life. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you.
With complete honesty, this place is really fantastic. Firstly, I currently live in one of the townhouses, and considering they are brand new, spacious, and come with a two car garage. The surrounding area is beautiful, full of nature, and is only a 5-10 minute drive to a massive amount of stores, restaurants, and more. I am of the opinion that you aren’t going to find a better deal in this area. Secondly, the amenities provided are really solid. There is a really nice and modern gym, a great pool and hot tub, and an incredibly nice lounge/work/hangout area that has inside and outside space. My roommate makes coffee and works in the lounge, saving money on gas and coffee shop drinks. The maintenance crew are professional, timely, and kind. I have never had a problem with them, and they are quick to solve any problem whatsoever. The crew at the front office, especially Maria, Clayton, and Jordan, are incredibly kind and warm individuals who I believe truly go above and beyond to help their residents with anything. Finally, the class program. Living here, you are required to take a certain amount of “class units” as part of the lease. At face value, this might seem like a downside, until you realize all of the classes are free, and the classes themselves are freaking phenomenal. I am enrolled in a personal training class where I get amazing training twice a week, and a meal prep course where I get to learn valuable cooking skills, where all of the food is provided. Did I mention all of this is free??? They even have Yoga and Pilates classes, as well as art, tax, and automobile education classes. After living here for a year, I decided to renew my lease, all things considered I believe you can’t find a better place than this for the price.

Pros: Living at Ascent offers spacious floor plans, access to group fitness training, a variety of classes such as painting and swimming, and a great sense of community. Cons: Parking can be challenging, with limited spaces and no designated guest parking. Additionally, the trash fees are relatively high.

Overall campus and all amenities are great. Just property management and maintenance needs some improvement. Having or seeing a security patrol drive around our campus at night helps also.

Stay away from this apartment complex! There is ongoing constructions so it's very noisy and wakes you up at 7am in the morning every day. And there is very limited parking space. The office doesn't provide enough parking for the residents and we had to park on the street of which they said it was ok, but then suddenly one day my car was towed away. I had to pay a lot to get my car back, and the office is not doing anything to resolve this issue to our satisfaction. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and management office. Worst experience ever. I'm sharing my experience here so hopefully you don't have to deal with this awful place

I’ve lived here for over a year and Do Not recommend it. In fairness, let me share the pros : the layouts utilize the space very well with natural lighting, high ceilings, balconies, washer/dryers and garages. So why have I given the property a low rating? I have come to learn that this may be a tax scam and the ownership deceitful. They are taking in higher rents than warranted for a concept that is more smoke and mirrors than truth. With new leases, they are no longer including electricity, rents are being raised during economic uncertainty (at the time of writing this, the world is gripped with corona virus anxiety), no pool or community center is forthcoming. The tenants I have spoken with are furious and many of us want to move out rather than renew our leases. Would I recommend this place? Not anymore - it’s renter beware at this time and that makes me sad.
