For the most part everything has been great. I love the area, the community, and the amenities that come with the community. There has been a few concerns, luckily most of them have started to become addressed. But the bird situation was getting out of hand. Also, the bird poop everywhere not being washed is pretty gross. Lastly, the dump areas are starting to get messy. There has been trash left outside the dumpsters for weeks that have not been addressed. All and all, maintenance inside living quarters have been good. But outside maintenance could use some TLC.

Had some maintenance things with the apartment when we moved in but the maintenance staff here is really nice and helped us out. Like the amenities and the complex so far. Like how close it is to the beach and like all the paths you can walk or run.

I love it here. 10 free coffees you can’t beat nice and clean facilities. Definitely worth the price! The staff are super friendly from the moment we walked in to tour to move in day!

Very nice apartments, close to a lot of things.Very quiet, drive one way to the beach and drive another way to the farm fields.Sunset are very nice. I have one room apartment and is very roomful. Love it here, very nice people.

The leasing process was very frustrating I almost decided to look for other apartments. I moved in and was locked out of my thermostat with the emergency heat running. Needed a PIN number I put a load of wash in and washer broke. My clothes are sitting in a tub of water and am told no one will be here to fix the washer until March 31. I put the clothes in the washer on March 16. Unacceptable The office staff is understaffed.

The buildings/apartments are brand new and clean. The paths to walk your pets are clean and taken care of. The dog park is made of gravel but doesn't hurt your dog. The staff is super friendly.

Absolutely everything about the community is wonderful! I love the convenience of the online payments and app as well. The trash service is extremely helpful as is the maintenance service. The amenities offered are exceptional! Significantly more options than any other apartment complex that I have previously lived in. I am very excited to use the pool when it opens for the season as well! Overall, I would rate the last two months of living in our new residence as 5/5 stars!

Beautiful apartments in excellent location. The kind and friendly staff on site are exceptional!! There is spectacular wildlife visiting the pond daily and the entire development is pet friendly. The walking trails are not yet completed, but I cannot wait to enjoy them when they are. In the meantime, I utilize the gym (open 24hrs) and a dip in the pool on sunny summer days. There are outdoor grills, locations for lounging/socializing, game areas and so much more. This is, by far, the most beautiful apartment my family has ever lived in. My husband, teenage son, cat and I love calling Ascend by the Sea home.

Leasing agents are super nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Nice pool and clubhouse. Gym is nice aswell.

Love this place , can’t wait until everything is ready.Dog park, grills, fire pit, and will be great. It’s a quiet place to live. Very nice and friendly neighbors.

A beautiful complex with spacious apartments and exceptional attention to detail throughout. The move in process was stressful coming from a different state, but the staff were so helpful and friendly and were truly wonderful to my entire family.

Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable too. I love it here. The entire complex is so clean and beautiful. I find such peace looking at the pond from my window.

So far my experience here has been amazing! There have been a few bumps in the road with this being a new complex, but everyone in the leasing office has been great and communicated really well. I would highly recommend living here!

Melanie and Lauren were great throughout the whole experience. From a tour to moving in it was excellent. I love how the clubhouse is available to us as well!!

Best place to live! Great amenities, wonderful apartments, friendly staff! Also a plus for being pet friendly! The dogs can walk on their own trail and have their own pet spa!
