Quick response Took care of my request quickly and professionally.
Maintenance was handled appropriately with no issues or delay (wasp nest on patio).
good job very friendly, called our cats cute and fixed our disposal efficiently.
Leaking Kitchen Sink Someone came out the same day and fixed it rather quickly! Very satisfied with the job done.
On site repair Excellent 2 man crew who respond quickly and always fix the problem. Excellent service and really good guys.
Maintenance well done The maintenance folks called ahead of time and ensured it was a good time to resolve the issues in the unit. They did a great job.
Ascend provides great Apartments at a reasonable cost in a tremendous location. Tough to beat!

The property and amenities are nice. The staff as well was pleasant and very helpful. I originally applied for 2 different properties which cost me over a thousand dollars. The 1st property told me that my application and deposit (minus the $50 background fee) would be refunded if I changed my mind. So unfortunately I assumed it would be the same for all properties. When I first visited Ascend I was interested in a one bedroom and that's what I applied for. The following week my circumstances changed and I needed a 2 bedroom. The price at Ascend was significantly higher the the other (brand new) property I applied at. So I decided to go with them. Ascend will not refund ANY of the $550.00 I paid to apply!! They said it's their policy..... So basically I paid $550 for NOTHING!!
