Puppies under 1 year old are not permitted. These dog breeds are not allowed - Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Lab, Pitbull, Boxer, and American Bulldog. The total pet fees are $400 per pet which is non-refundable. You will also be charged monthly pet rent of $30 per pet, which is not included in the rent price. All pets are due at time of move in. NO REPTILES, BIRDS OR RODENTS ALLOWED. This includes hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, and guinea pigs.

Moving to Ascend Apartments has been one of the best decisions I've made for my family. The application process, moving into our apartment and now living in our apartment has been a smooth and easy process. The units are clean and very up to date. The common areas are clean and free from trash. The office staff are absolutely delightful and cheery every time I see them. I definitely recommend Ascend Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and well kept community.
The management is great and the complex is super quiet! They are always updating the complex!
Ascend Apartments come with all new appliances, young and extremely helpful staff, and safe community with many young families just starting off. Would highly recommend to single parents, starter families, and even college students looking to save money.
Beautiful apartment with all new stainless steel appliances, new stacked washer/dryer, and a large covered balcony/patio. Dog park is great and convenient as well. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner as well. Love these apartments.
The staff was so respectful and kind and the apartment she show me was clean and nice and I just love that it had two full bathrooms and washer and dryer connections you can tell that the apartments is under a new manager I can’t wait to call this place my new place. It’s been a while since I have lived in a apartment

I called to see if I could rent an apartment... she was sooo rude. Second I said I couldnt qualify for the 2 bed room she had she literally slammed the phone down.. I heard it hit... WOULDNT RENT HERE IF YOU PAID ME... she needs to be very far from customers.

Finding the Ascend property was like discovering a hidden gem. Well maintained, clean and inviting. Everything you need to make you and your furry friends feel at home is here at Ascend. Washer and dryer in the unit, a clubhouse to use for parties and a lovely dog park to enjoy. Paying rent is easy using their online rent pay and when I need any maintenance I can easily fill out a request online. They respond quickly to any questions I have. Parking is free, plentiful and unassigned so my visitors never have to worry about parking in the wrong spot or not finding one. I’m ecstatic I decided to rent here and wanted to share my experience. Good rentals are hard to find and great service, included free, is a bonus. I look forward to enjoying a few more years here!
Spent more than a week with no water and we were given no reason or answers to why or when it would be fixed
Everything looks and seems great until you move in. After moving in you start to see all the problems such as old electrical wiring which I’m sure is not up to code, and mold everywhere! It’s in the walls, floors, and I’m sure in the ceilings as well. When ever someone shuts the doors to the building the entire building shakes! They are remodeling but it is nothing more than trying to make things look pretty and they are doing nothing to fix the real problems such as foundation and structural issues. The bugs/pest such as roaches are a nightmare and have been an issue for years! They say they will come spray to fix the problems but never show up. They have recently started to sticker people’s cars in the parking lot threading to have them towed for illegal tags (out of date tags) when the tags are not expired? The office manager is hardly in the office and is rude and condescending.
Great office workers. But the apartments are not livable. Too many problems that never get fixed. Ask the residents and not the office about the apartments. They’ll explain it all
I was shown a clean home, spacious and with all of the amenities we are looking for. They accept our dogs, the apartment has a washer and dryer included.
Very pleasant, gracious, and helpful leasing agent answered all questions and gave a great tour! Thanks.
The apartments are surprisingly big and staff are very friendly. It was quiet and overall seems like a nice place to live.
