When I called to schedule a tour the service was outstanding!!! The lady who took my call was very helpful and only took about 10 minutes to set up. The tour its self was amazing and sold me instantly. The living experience has been nothing but blue skys. My unit is in amazing condition and I can’t complain!

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment. The unit itself is well-designed, with a spacious layout and high-quality appliances. The management team is friendly and quick to address any maintenance requests. The building is quiet and secure, making it a comfortable place to live. Right? Our team’s basically the maintenance version of superheroes — fast, skilled, and minus the capes (for now). Thanks for the shoutout! We’re always here when you need us.
The management here is very rude. Every time I’ve called to ask about availability someone acts like they’re doing me a favor instead of doing their actual job. It’s like they can’t wait to get off the phone and sound annoyed. I would not be able to live here dealing with these people.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff was super rude when asking if there was availability.
I called about the available unit listed. The lady on the phone sounded annoyed and flustered right off the bat. Sighed a lot when I asked any question. Didn’t offer alternate tour dates other than that day, which I couldn’t make because of work, she said too bad.
I’ve been at this location for 2 years and the honest truth is the first year it was owned by an old management that didn’t seem to care and I was almost out the door on the end of the lease, but just before that happened the new management took over everything immediately improved. They are kind and they get work done!!! I haven’t seen a single roach in a long time now and there will be a fumigation at the end of March. This place is great and pet friendly. The management also loves pets! Parking is easy and the location is near the scene.
Never have I met such a rude staff!!!! I went out of my way to reschedule an appointment I had with Emily when I was already on my way, turned around, waited an hour and went back to meet with her and she was 40 MINUTES LATE! I ended up not being able to meet with her due to having previous commitments. I drove there and back TWICE and never got the chance to meet with her. Then when she finally showed up, she was EXTREMELY rude and didn't even apologize, instead tried to put all the blame on me!! I was willing to wait until her lunch was over and she was STILL 15 MINUTES LATE. The rudeness and lack of care for future residents made me IMMEDIATELY take this apartment off my consideration list. If this is how they treat people interested in their property, I can't IMAGINE how they treat their residents!!! Listen to the other reviews and STAY FAR AWAY!!
Apartment is ok, parking space a problem and tenant don't seem to care about the place. Tenants damages property and leaving trash strewn on the ground.
