no working elevator in my building for months! Disgutsingly run property, doors are supposed to be secure yet go without repair for months, just like everything around here. Lawn goes with out mow. pool goes without clean. No real activities program that I was promised

At Arya at Windermere, all elevators are fully functional and undergo regular maintenance, with any repairs managed promptly, though occasional delays in third-party parts may occur. Additionally, please note that our previous elevator issues were caused by a lighting strike and unforseen weather. The lawn area referenced may be the privately owned property across from ours, as our grounds are maintained on a strict landscaping schedule. Our pool is also cleaned consistently to uphold our high standards. We take pride in our robust activities program and would be delighted to provide our monthly event calendar, featuring numerous weekly events. Please contact our management team directly to discuss your experience further, as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
We have been residents 9 months. New facility for 55+ active adults in a one building high class facility with amenities galore. Tropical pool, gym, sauna, in house massage, hair and nail service available and daily activities and community events! Best value In Ocoee/Windermere area.
