Whats the definition of luxury?
I must say they tried to fix up this place but with all the deadbeats that live here brings this place down and its sad. I lived here for 6 1/2 years im looking to move now i cant take these drug addicted rude people they have no consideration for people that have to get up and work everyday. The unlimited roaches and broken elevators are another issue

DECEIVING
These apartments don't advertise that for a 3 bedroom, you need at least 5 people living there!!!!!! If you only have 3 people for a 3 bedroom, which is normal, you don't qualify!!! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They encourage people to live like animals in a home. Unbelievable.

Not what it seems
I am presently living in one of their apartments barely 3months and the experience is disappointing. Management is rude as well as so called security. With so many cameras in place is funny how thieves go about stealing packages left at the door without security being able to catch the thief. lol. Don't believe the hype, I am trying to get out.

Pretty and luxurious
I drove past these apartments and omg I really wanted to live there. So updated and pretty. Close to a small shopping center and the train. The only criticism I have is the customer service. The number that is on this app is not a good number. I had to find a different number after googling arverne view apts. Then when I finally got in contact with someone, she was rude. She also told me that she would contact me back, took down my information, and never called me back for a follow up. I can only imagine how they treat their residents!!!!

Apartment with a ocean view
I love my apt and would definitely hate to give it up...I have a view of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the ocean absolutely breath taking but the rent has increased I went from 1,237 to 1,825 in a year so if this is a real website I hope I qualify for this program....fingers crossed!!!

Disappointed
My husband and I went here to view an apartment. On our way to the management office, we had to pass people loitering. This was on a cold rainy day so we could only imagine how the development looks when it's nice weather. We were disappointed and felt that we waisted our time.I gave two stars and not one because the property has potential if they address people standing around with nothing to do.

The team at the management office is okay. The boss is terrible. Really nasty attitude. As I was speaking to a broker he overheard the conversation and rudely commented his opinion on my conversation. Very bad taste of management.
