Love the property so far. The community is friendly with doggos to complement. The amenities are beautiful and the move towards smart home technology is a plus, not to mention the availability of fiber. You will get mild street noise (but you are near downtown). I’m a huge fan of how beautiful the dark interiors are and how elegant the newer finishes are. I do wish the construction was more dense or thicker carpet, as I can feel my upstairs neighbor’s heavy footing and get rattled anytime something heavy is dropped. The property staff is extremely friendly and have been the biggest reason I enjoy staying here so far. I just can’t wait for the new construction across the street to be finished.

Since moving out at 18, every landlord I had was abusive and breathed down my neck. They took advantage of my vulnerability and my age. This is the first time I've felt safe and calm in my own apartment. I don't know how to emphasize how hard it was to find this and how much that means to me. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Overall, I am pleased and love my unit, but there are many loose ends here that need to be tightened up to make it a better place to live. Everyone keeps telling me how it used to be so much better here and how things have gone downhill and though I do not know how it "used to be" there is plenty of evidence that things are not maintained or taken care of as they should be.
Residents are kind and the inside is kept clean. The resort style pavilion, clubhouse, and pool area are the best! The location is a 15 minute walk or drive to just about every part of the city.

Amazing building, everything is very close without being too close to the craziness of downtown. Amenities are great and such is the community, also, customer service from the leasing office is one of the best I’ve seen! Definitely recommend this place!

I'd be happy to provide a more comprehensive review once the air conditioning is resolved :) Until that time I wouldn't be able to whole-heartedly recommend the building, as it's generally uncomfortably warm in my room where I'm spending the day both working and sleeping. Right now my review would be: Broadstone is an upscale apartment building with solid amenities (great pool area!) and a great and helpful office team. My only caveats are the gym may not be sufficient for serious gym-goers, so factor that into the cost. Also be sure to test the air conditioning in the exact unit you are moving into, as that seems to be difficult to resolve. Lastly, there is ongoing construction, so visit on a weekday and again confirm how it sounds from your potential apartment.

The best of both worlds; being downtown but not being downtown. Everything is a short drive or walk away. The highway is easily accessible (literally two turns from a whichever highway you want to get to.) I love the amenities they provide and its just an overall amazing vibe living there.

I loved broadstone before covid, I felt like i was getting my money's worth with the amenities. now with covid im stuck in my apartment and still am paying the same and have to fix my own work orders. its ridiculous.
Community is great! Management is really helpful and maintenance team is efficient and professional.
Beautifully designed spaces that are highly functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Highly responsive staff. Very clean and modern.

I can’t say enough about this community! I heard a lot of amazing things about this place based off there yelp reviews, so I wanted to stop by since my lease was coming up, and I can say I have never seen anything like it! The amenities here are top notch! The cleaners keep this place sparkling! The staff is very friendly and the amount of details is just something you do not see at other communities! Not to mention the convenience of having the 5 fwy with no traffic about 3 blocks over! I have lived here now for 4 months and I plan on staying here until I’m ready to buy a house. Amazing community!
