The worst staff I have ever endured. They are rude (will hang up on you) and never return calls or emails. Nothing in our apartment works well and they are so overpriced for what they actually offer. Terrible management.

It was a challenge finding a community that had it all but with the Artisan we found it! Beautiful well maintained neighborhood, gated with security, pool, gym & updated units- it really checked all our boxes. A little pricey but for this market a great deal! Ten minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from shops, dmv, groceries and thankfully my office. The express way is super helpful when needing to get in or out fast. The Artisan team has been very accommodating and helpful with my complicated cross country move. Happy tenant though and look forward to living here for years to come!

Our experience here is for the most part calm and peaceful. The amenities are well kept (aside from the tennis court being closed to use). The management and maintenance teams are responsive and available to communicate with.

The Artisan is a beautiful place to live, the setting amongst the mountains and the views are great. The maintenance team are amazing as well as the Leasing Staff. The grounds are kept up nicely and the fact that every single apartment has its own private patio is a huge plus.

The Artisan has the best employees working there! Maintenance is proactive, responsive and helpful! Scott & Lelane in the leasing office are very helpful & friendly. The leasing renewal process is too automated by parties who do not make themselves available to the residents, giving the leasing manager little authority to negotiate rates and renewal timing. Notification of renewed lease term increases should give a resident more time to consider. One month or less is too short and the percentage increase of each renewal is too high.

Today makes exactly one month since I moved to this apartment and I wanted to take the opportunity to write a a well deserved review for this company. I want to start with my initial experience. I am a single mother who was looking for a great looking apartment, near the beach, with all my desired amenities, in a safe community, all at a great price. When I came across Artisan Laguna Beach apartments I was thrilled because it literally has everything I desired. The person I worked with was Scott, and I simply cannot say enough about how helpful, thoughtful, and profession he is. The first day I called to enquire about the apartments he invited me to come look at the available apartments and amenities that same day. He literally took me to see each apartment that met my requirements to make sure I would be pleased with my choice. After choosing the apartment, the process went by super fast and I was living in this gorgeous community the next week. I must include the fact that these appartments are immaculate and well maintained. I am so proud to live. Since moving in, I requested maintenace once through their app and they were there within 10 minutes to fix my problem (a problem I created). I can go on and on about what I love about this appartment like how close it is to the beach, tons of hiking trails nearby, an abundance of shopping centers, feeling safe etc. but I think you get the point. I love the place and management.

This property suffers from inefficient management. There's no accountability from the office that is supposed to be in charge of this "community". No communication, and a "will get to it whenever" attitude when it comes to issues is not how you manage a property with these many residents. Perfect example, there is heavy rehab and construction happening on some 1st floor apartments due to flooding because of insufficient drainage and no one that lives above or around these units has been contacted with information as to what is going on, how its going to be with the banging and inconvenience (1 month, 5 months) and no oversight regarding when the work is going on until... I have ppl banging below me well after 7pm in the evening! Unacceptable!

The City of Laguna Beach did have a flash rain flood which was pre-warned via text notifications via the National Weather Service on 12/14/2021 due to the severity of the storm. I hope it brings some comfort to know that what happened was not due to insufficient drainage, rather a natural disaster. We have made sure that moving forward the restoration company will not work on the property remediations past 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are new to the Artisan community. We have a very easy moving in experience. Scott, Lalaine, Tara and their office team are professional, insightful, patient, kind and act quickly upon requests or questions. We are happy we chose the Artisan for our home.

So far my Wife and I have enjoyed living here, we love the grassy area for the dog and the trails that are close by. Management is friendly and respect your privacy. Neighbors are not a real issue. Definitely recommend! The apartments are not only nice and updated, there are huge patios with beautiful views. Super easy access to the beach, and the canyon, for the best of both worlds. Easy access to all the freeways too. Quiet and well-maintained.

The Artisan Laguna Beach is located 100 yards from the 73 with easy access to the 405 and 5. Apartments are beautiful with lots of upgrades. Many of the units have huge patios with Mountain Views. Parking is plentiful. Delivery drivers can find you. Amenities include 2 pools, putting green, tennis court. Schools are excellent. Staff is great. Scott in the leasing office went above and beyond to help me find the best unit for me, executed the lease on Christmas Eve, made the move in process easy. He really treated us as human beings choosing a home, which is certainly not how the office staff acts in some apartment communities. It may sounds like a small thing, but it really makes all the difference!

Artisan is a nice place to live. It's quiet and cozy and has plenty of amenities. The assigned parking spaces could be better along with being able to drown out the noise of any neighbors you have on top of you.

I love living at Artisan Laguna Beach for many reasons. The apartment layouts are perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't know how they do it but they remember everyone's name even if they are just see you in the complex. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. I have lived at the Artisan Laguna Beach for 2 years and I'm renewing for a 3rd year. It has been the best apartment rental experience I have ever had.

I have been a happy resident of ARTISAN for over four years. ARTISAN brings the beautiful charm of Laguna Beach canyon for resort-style living. The community is nestled in the hills right off the picturesque Laguna Canyon. This location provides ocean breezes and many conveniences from being just minutes to downtown Laguna, shops, festivals, and beaches while being able to escape the summer crowds, noise, and traffic when back home at ARTISAN. The location enables you to jump on the 73 and be in heart of Orange County or the Airport within minutes. The grounds are kept immaculate with canyon trees, gardens, greenbelts, and lighted walking trails. The amenities are top-notch with resort-style pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, a fantastic dog park with a very friendly and helpful staff. My spacious floor plan never feels like an apartment, with its vaulted ceilings, premium granite countertops baths, and kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances and spacious deck views looking over the canyon provides a great home. Living at ARTISAN feels like I am at a coastal resort and when family and friends visit me they always mention that they feel like they are on vacation.

The Artisan Laguna Beach is a luxurious craftsman style apartment that is clean, has great amenities and is centrally located near all the best of South Orange County coastal California. I really like our patio and fireplace - elevated California casual. Newly weds here couldnt be more happy!
After searching many condos and apartments, I chose The Artisan because it was quite, the one bedroom was spacious and they allow pets! The staff is also excellent. They promptly attend to any questions or needs that arise and I appreciate the quick service if I need maintenance.
Love living the life at The Artisan Laguna Beach. We have been tenants for 3 years and have always had excellent service from every member of the office and maintenance staff on this property. Friendly and helpful. During this very difficult time due to the Covid19 pandemic they have all been so understanding, and we are really thankful how they have helped us in every way they could, and still do to this day. A big shout out to Jurel, Tara, Scott Lelaine and all the maintenance staff. The property continues to improve it's facilities and it is the place we call home. Our experience here has been nothing but positive! Thank you to The Artisan team.
Living at the Artisan has provided many conveniences for us & our daughter who basically grew up living here. Easy access to village Laguna & other cities, shopping is close, beautiful preserved trails, friendly neighbors & most of dog & cat friendly.

We love our stay so far. The apartment is clean, the size and the parking is enough for two or three. We love the pool area. It is also very quiet, and neighbors keep to themselves.
We tried checking other places and there were some other nice places. However, I can't handle the surrounding riffraff (crime). The Artisan has been pleasant. The feeling of safety I get here is priceless.
I find an easy living lifestyle here. Residents show respect for each other so the atmosphere is one of a friendly, peace-filled environment . The grounds and trees are beautiful and well-maintained. Its good here
As far as the Artisan goes if you stick with the assistant manager or the manager, they get things done and they get things done right away! Not one time has either one of them ever been rude to me, made me feel inferior to them, or lost their cool with me. All of the office staff are great people, However, these two are by far the best these are the two that you want to speak with unfortunately theyre always super busy so I would suggest Lalaine next and then Scott. Its nice when you walk in and you dont feel like a tenant, but rather feel like a family member. After all, our community is one big home. They may not always respond right away but they always respond and thats the most important thing in the world, especially to me, a single mother, a Doberman pincher puppy, and a Chihuahua
The Artisan was an outstanding option when touring communities in Orange County. Their location, amenities and price go unmatched with what they have to offer. The privacy and accessibility to nearby freeways set them apart when it comes to lifestyle changes. Really enjoying our home and cant wait for the upcoming remodel!
I love living at the artisan Laguna Beach! I moved here from Irvine when I was looking for a more peaceful and relaxed environment. Scott was amazing in helping me move in, I was very neurotic and stressed, and he put my mind at ease and helped me so much during the process. I plan to live here for a very long time.
