Artisan at Viera

Just moved in Sept 5. The good: Kelli, Jonathan, and Jordan have been killing it. Promptly helping with our transition in. The amentities are high quality compared to anything around. The bad: Lived here previously and our apartment was immaculate. Our unit this time has been way below the bar. My fiance is immune compromised and after having the clean team come twice it's still had dog debris, bugs, mold, grime, food from the previous tenant. Still cleaning it to be moved in.

This complex is like a little paradise in East/Central Florida. The pool is incredible and the units are gorgeous. Maintenance is very fast and helpful. Jonathan from maintenance is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole team really makes you feel secure and comfortable at all times. It is like living in a resort. Highly recommend!

Living at the Artisan has been great, and I appreciate the friendly and helpful maintenance staff, especially Jonathan and Jordan. They are always quick to assist with any issues, and it makes a big difference in my experience here.

I absolutely love it here! It is such a nice, well managed and well kept property. I am in the industry so I know how a property should be maintained and run, and The Artisan is the very best. I have renewed my lease a few times, and will continue to stay at this beautiful community as long as I can. Thank you Artisan staff for always making it such an experience to live here. The events are so wonderful too!

Our two year stay here has been amazing!! The team here whether in the office or maintenance have been awesome! I can honestly say we have enjoyed living here! A special shout-out to Athena who is always there to help with what ever pops up!!

The staff at The Artisan was very attentive and professional and made the leasing experience very easy! The property is wonderful and brimming with amenities!

I toured a few places in Viera and this place by far was the friendliest. Athena answered all my questions before I had the chance to ask and Darlene introduced herself as the manager with a bottle of water and a kind smile. If I get my job transfer this is definitely the place I will live.

Toured last week. Beautiful complex! Athena and Kelly were knowledgeable with great personalities! Amenities were perfect for me!

Good pet amenities, poop cleanup stations, divided dog parks. Property looks very nice, pool area is clean and maintained. Pests are an issue sometimes.

The layout/design is great and the colors are a great choice (gray/white) and a modern aesthetic. The grounds look beautiful with landscaping. The maintenance team is great and will fix anything wrong with the apartment (they even provide lightbulbs and filters). The pool area is great, there's ping pong tables and grills. The management has occasional events that range from all sorts of things (movies at the pool, food trucks, painting). There's a but of noise bleed from other apartments, but it's minimal. Bass will transfer between the walls and floors but only if it's quiet. The apartment seems to have been a bit rushed with small paint drippings on the floor,etc. The only internet provider is Spectrum (at time of writing). Otherwise great apartment complex aside from some small stuff.

Artisan is like living in a resort. The staff and management are exceptional. Very spacious floor plans. And the amenities and great for families and entertaining.

DO NOT RENT HERE! 6 months ago it was called Artistry at Viera luxury apartments and is now artisan at viera a preferred apartment community. The amenities they offered are being removed. The gym is no longer 24hours, no more fitness classes on the weekend, the pool no longer has towels or sunblock, gate keys don’t work, drinks aren’t refilled in the office fridge. We’ve had rats in the hallway, bugs, frogs and ants in the house. All the staff (besides 2 people) are gone, all of which are unfriendly. The good maintenance staff is gone and the new ones are unfriendly. No one will ever respond to your maintenance calls or emails. There is no parking. This place is built out of lumber, not block so YOU WILL HEAR EVERY SINGLE THING YOUR NEIGHBOR DOES. Every footstep echoes my apartment. I can hear their drawers slamming, shower, vacuum, dishwasher and dryer running, their every word when they talk, their tv and radio on. I have gotten woken up every morning and night, since day one, from them stomping around and rattling my ceiling. Could this poorly constructed building possibly withstand a hurricane? The A/C closet stinks like rotten eggs, toilets don’t flush. Water bill is super expensive. It’s not gated so anyone can come in, but it doesn’t matter because they are so interested in filling up the units that they offer free rent and waived fees and will allow you to rent here without question. Maybe you should ask yourself - why would a company be doing all that? And the answer isn’t because they’re nice. This place will literally drive you nuts. DO NOT waste your money. Find an ACTUAL LUXURY APARTMENT THAT CAN STAND BY THEIR AMENITIES AND QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.
