Located around the intersection of Broadway and Main Street, Downtown Dunedin extends from the marina west for several blocks. Pioneer Park, located off Main Street, provides a shady gathering place for residents and is the location for a variety of festivals and events such as Films in the Park, held in April and October, and the Downtown Market, held from November to June. Other festivals held in Downtown Dunedin include Wine the Blues and Taste of Dunedin.
Dunedin includes two state parks: Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island State Park. Considered among the country's best beaches, these two islands provide miles of natural shoreline. The white sand beaches and calm ocean waves attract millions of visitors a year. Other great destinations include the 49-mile Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail, which runs perpendicular to Main Street and leads north to Tarpon Springs and south to Saint Petersburg. This paved trail is popular for bicycling, walking, and skating.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Artisan Apartment Homes
Apartments are attractive and well designed. The common areas are clean.
It'??s a clean environment and like that it is smoke free. It'??s also about location, location, location.
great place to be: - great being part of Downtown Dunedin, no car needed, lots of Places to go / things to do just in walking distance - Dunedin is just about the right size: not too big and not too small - Pinella Trail right behind the house is great - we love Nature's Food Patch being in the house - The staff takes care of all issues very quickly. - Dog friendly
If living on street side music can be very loud and annoying like this past Thurs night. I do wear Hearing aids 24 7. Do not suggest I remove them at night. Elevator is a major plus. I
The only real problem is the noise level from the apartmant above. When building putting more sound proofing in would be a big benefit.
My only complaints about the apartment and the living experience. - Those lights at night...The lights around teh pool come into teh room at night and make it very hard to sleep. Subtle lighting would be one thing, but it was like being at an air strip. - For the price, rubber floor moulding and the vinyl floor would look better as real moulding and real flooring. The current solutions were already looking cheap after only a few months.
Design, location, amenities all make this a great place to live.
Every visitor I have had since move in has said "I would love to live here."
Sally is the best manager and I feel confident that any problem will be handled quickly. Sally is very professional and classy.
The area is amazing. Love the trail and all the different places surrounding the property. Plus my apartment has the best sunset views.
I really love living at the Artisan. I thought my one bedroom unit might be a bit too small, but I find that it is well designed and beautifully appointed. The pool and common areas are great. Overall, people are very friendly. I met some really nice people at the Meet and Greet. The apartment complex seems to skew towards the 30-something crowd and younger, active retirees. I haven't met or seen many people in between those age ranges. That is not totally unexpected, given both the demographics in Dunedin and the great downtown location. There are many pet people at the Artisan, which is nice. I think if someone didn't like dogs, they might not be happy here.
