DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management sucks. We had a roof leak for 6 months that only got taken care of after weeks of complaining. The water puddled in the ceiling and dripped through our ceiling fan on our coffee table, that also got ruined. After complaining about that and the possibility of mold, they only showed up a week or 2 later, with a moisture meter. After using the moisture meter twice on different days, they deducted that there was no mold. Not being trusting of the words of the management, I went in the attic myself and discovered a large patch of mold, and we paid $650 to have our own mold inspector come out because the management obviously did not care much about our health concerns. The day after, the results came back, and there was in fact 2 strains of mold. If we did not take it upon ourselves to investigate for mold, it would have kept growing and we would have gotten SICK, if we didn’t catch something already. We brought this up to management, as we wanted to break our lease and leave this place without paying any fees. They DENIED us the ability to leave without fees, and offered us to move in a different apartment. No way in hell would we stay in a different unit after the experience we had, and the pure negligence of the maintenance and management. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Working in the same industry it was a bit hard to find an apartment because I see things a little different. Coming to Artessa I was looking for a clean, quite community not only that I could enjoy but my family as well. I love my floor plan, love the view that I have and my family is happy. Thank you ladies in the office for all the amazing work you do here. Property is clean, quiet and the amenities are great for everyone to enjoy. My kiddos loved your donut day event, ?? Big thanks maintenance team as well they keep it clean out there, and my work order was completed the same day. I definitely chose the right place to call home.

I like that the community has garage units. It is beneficial to have the added security that a garage provides. I like that the community is quiet and that they have some food truck events. I personally like living here because my home feels exactly like that so just like a home a townhouse. I feel we have a beautiful Community it feels private I like that people personalize their patios to make it feel like they are home. The community seems pretty tight-knit and everybody seems to be really friendly and helpful. I like that there's a lot of animals on site and people seem to really love dogs and cats here. I like that there's a lot of activities that take place and we have really nice amenities too in the property is really pretty.

The only suggestion I have is to add an estimated time that the service visit will take place in terms of a date to the app. That would be helpful if it is going to take a few days before they can get to something, other than that, no suggestions.

I have had a great experience at Artessa. When I moved in and completed the move-in inventory, there were a few minor issues (lightbulbs out, doorbell not functioning). I noted them on the inventory and a work order was submitted within 30 minutes of me turning in the document. The doorbell was fixed the next day and the lightbulbs were replaced. I was pleased with how quickly and efficiently it was handled. Things go wrong no matter where you live, what matters is how well they take care of it, and in my case, things were taken care of very promptly. That is what matters.

Have only moved in a little over two weeks ago and have not had the greatest experience. Although we got very good discounts on the rent like specials online, not having to pay a deposit due to income and other discounts due to job position. Online process was very easy and leasing. Agents were very helpful during the process. Everything seemed normal until move in day when apartment was not complete. The leasing agent was very helpful and apologetic and communicated with someone higher up to get us compensation, but still does not help the amount of stress being put out of an apartment for three days and still not having all of maintenance complete. Leased the apartment an entire month before, being in communication multiple times before the move-in day to be called when you are already moving with a truck full of things getting told that your apartment is not complete after having a walk-through the morning of. I will say that leasing agent emails back very quickly and is very helpful, but there is just a lack of communication with other aspects of the complex.

Extremely polite and professional staff assisted in move from out of state. Best parts for me are close parking and the daily trash pickup from my front door!

I’ve been living here for over 2 years it was my first apartment in Arizona and I have no plans on leaving. I love the way the property looks, the staff is so cooperative and nice. I feel as if they truly care about their residents. The pool is amazing and the fact it’s 24 hours is nice since I work a lot of nights I get to enjoy it when I get off of work and it’s quite. They are very pet friendly and they have little pop up stands that come and you can buy treats or food it’s very cool they are so supportive of small businesses. I plan on living here for as long as it stays affordable to do so.

Artessa is a great place to live, but please be prepared to hire your own maintenance person as maintenance is absent.

The process from start to finish was very straightforward and easy, the apartments are beautiful, as well as the community. It's in a great location close to stores and food. Overall we're pleased with our experience so far.

I searched for many months for the perfect apartment community that would work best for my lifestyle. For me, I needed the following criteria. Beautiful and clean community in a desirable area, open floorplans and plenty of storage, updated interior, attached garage with direct access to interior, outdoor patio and resort style ammenities. Artessa is my home in every sense of the word. Home is where my heart is, Home is where my loved ones spend time with me. Home is where I feel safe and taken care of. Home is a beautiful sanctuary where I can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of this crazy life. I feel so blessed to call Artessa my home.
