Right from the start of the intro and tour Dawn was/is amazing. A true professional and knows how to effectively present information. She stands out because she is outstanding! D - Dedicated A - Attentive W - World Class N - Neighborly The Dawn Experience as I call it, is truly what made a difference for me. Additionally, the property and what you get for the price point are fantastic!
I moved into Artesia in June and I have no complaints at all. The neighborhood is super quiet, the amenities are nice, the office staff is super friendly. The pool is one of my favorite parts, plenty of space if there are multiple groups of people. Dawn in the front office is always responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team is very knowledgeable about any maintenance issues that come up. I will recommend Artesia to anyone that is looking in the North LWR area.
We recently moved in, and it’s great to have your own detached unit and yard. Dawn and Cedric have been so welcoming and the move in process was very easy. They really seem to care about residents being happy in their homes, and our few small maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. Off to a great start so far and we’re happy with our decision to rent here.
We moved my son to Bradenton several months ago and the staff at Artesia have been amazing! My son couldn’t be happier living here. The community is always well-kept and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive and truly cares about the residents - they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are great and the location is perfect! Overall, this is the best experience we have ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live! Cedric and Dawn could not have made our experience any better!

I’ve had a great experience at Artesia Apartments! The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Dawn—she’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process so much easier. Truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness!
Quiet. Lots of great useable amenities that are kept in clean and working condition. Having our own cottage (no shared walls!) and private yard is so nice as well have a dog. No carpets! Fun events throughout the year. Awesome management team, especially leasing agent Dawn. She made our move in so seamless from the beginning paperwork - even from out of town- to getting settled.
Wonderful amenities, always clean, resort feel. Front desk always attentive and will take care of you. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I’ve been living here since January 2024 & my lease ends in April. I absolutely have loved living here! Very dog friendly, very clean, quiet for being right on Lakewood ranch blvd, have tall ceilings, from the management to the maintenance, everything is top tier! If I wasn’t moving to the Ocala area, I’d stay here! I absolutely have loved my experience here & I couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex! My favorite is the dog door inside my apartment & for my dog to have her own yard for when I’m out working! Whoever designed these did a great job. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner & I have only had minor issues in the almost 15 months I’ve lived here! If you are looking for a place to call home, this is it!!
