This management staff is very unprofessional. instead of putting you on hold, they hand up on you. No follow ups emails or phone calls whatsoever, only when you need to pay rent, they send you three days emails to pay it. had a maintenance put in with the leasing agent at the office before Christmas and bever got fixed. had to get my own AC tec to fix my AC. Called so many times and no one is answering the phone.

My time at Artsquare has been enjoyable. The management team has improved greatly. Sabrina and Ana are awesome, always ready to assist. Their maintenance guys are the best. They are always working on the property. This year alone they've painted, changed the interior of the elevators and added a/c in the halls just to name a few. The people that live here are the problem, they don't pick up after their dogs and they smoke when their not supposed to. If you don't like rules, go buy a house. The amenities are great and the location is super convenient. Unfortunately, I'm leaving FL otherwise I'd love to stay. Highly recommend!

I saw on their website that ArtSquare offers Live-Work units, so I stopped in to inquire about a space where I can live and also have my home office. Although there were unfortunately no live-work units available, I was greeted by Mikaela in the leasing office and she still gave me a full community tour of all the amenities, offered me a cup of coffee, and made me feel completely welcome. She followed up with me via email, and encouraged me to keep in touch should an apartment that fits my needs comes up in the future. Although I won’t be a future resident right now, I feel comfortable reaching out and potentially moving into ArtSquare the future.

Great place to live. Everything is new, the apartments are beautiful and very nice. The fitness center is the best I have seen, the pool is huge and always clean, we have a washing dogs station! Parking es easy. The maintenance guys are super and Yesenia is the best. And location is a plus. Will stay here for long.
I just moved out of this complex about a month ago, and the whole experience is horrible. Right before I moved out, I was told that there would be a mandatory cleaning fee, which was not included in the lease I signed. It's been over a month, but I still haven't received my security deposit. I called a couple of times, and I emailed, but no one answered the phone, no one responded to my voice mail and no one replied my email. As a matter of matter, ever since I notified them that I would not renew the lease, I could barely receive any responses through phone or email. I had to physically show up at the leasing office, not sure why they have an email address or a phone number. Last time I checked the resident portal, I still had access to the balance of the apartment, there were a couple of charges applied to the security deposit. One of the leasing agents, Yese (not sure about the full name), assured my roommate that our apartment was very clean, just as the same condition as when we moved in. Pursuant to the Florida Statues Section 83.49(3)(a), the legality of the mandatory cleaning fee is debatable, and thirty days have passed, no notice has been given, and no security deposit has been received. The apartment itself is not bad, but not sure whether it's worth the hassle to deal with unprofessional staff on a daily basis.
