Just moved in and I love it here! The building is well kept and so quiet. This is by far my favorite place that I’ve lived in, in the Los Angeles area. Not to mention, Nicholas has been such a big help before and after moving in. Any questions I had, he was quick to answer them.
Great amenities (on-site pool, gym, Amazon lockers), well-kept environment, modern finishings, great location and quiet and respectful tenants. Staff here are friendly, helpful and responsive and I like the sense of a small community here compared to larger complexes I've lived at.
I was floored the moment I moved in, from decor to design to the way staff welcomed me in. Can't wait to share my home with my guests!
This is a fabulous place to live if you like style, an open floor plan, and brand new EVERYTHING. Nick will give you a tour and he couldn't be more helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. He cares about the tenants and the building. You'll be glad you live here!
The building: new, the people: stylish, the neighborhood: green. The apartments are so fresh and cute and perfect for a bachelor such as I. Nicholas the building manager was SUCH a doll and made me feel so comfortable! Pressure free situation!! You’re gonna love it babe.
This place is brand new with new appliances and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The area feels safe, they have a gated garage, key fob entry to your apartment, a delivery hub, a pool, and beautiful open studios.
