Property Ratings at Art Deco Lofts & Apartments
Nikki and the entire Price Family team have been so incredible during my past few years at Art Deco. Maintenance is super responsive and friendly, plus it’s always easy to get ahold of someone if you need assistance! There was some construction on the bottom floor (I live right above it on the second floor), but the Price Family did a great job of alerting us when they would be working- and it was mostly while I was at work. If I had been working at home and was bothered by any noise, they provided alternative workspaces for tenants as well! Super clean facilities, beautiful Art Deco architecture. But—my favorite thing has to be underground parking and security on call 24/7. Safety is a huge priority for me downtown. This is honestly the only way I’d choose to live downtown! The family that owns the building truly cares about their tenants— which is something I’ve found to be incredibly rare. Thanks for everything, Price Fam! 100/10 would recommend living here to any & everyone.
This is by far the best living experience I have ever had! The apartments are clean and have been stylishly renovated and the complex itself is quiet and really well maintained. The location is hard to beat and is in walking distance to tons of great Tulsa restaurants, breweries and bars. What makes this place the best of all is the management and the high quality people they have hired to maintain the property. Everyone is so kind and easy to work with and it has been a truly stress free living situation! If I wasn’t moving I would definitely resign my lease! Thank you Price family for such a wonderful experience!!!
