I have been a tenant of the Arroyo Apartments for about seven years. The location is perfect with a very quiet environment. The apartment manager is very helpful and maintenance issues are immediately addressed. She takes charge of any apartment problem and deals with it in a professional manner.
I lived there twice a few years combined and really enjoyed it. It's quiet, safe & well maintained. Its close to everything & would definitely live there again. I referred several friends there. Management was great. whenever I had an issue with anything it was taken care of quick.
The Staff, headed by a wonderful young lady, the office manager, made moving here the ideal choice for me. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my apartment needs. All of my questions were answered, everything was explained. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are maintained in great working order, and if I did need assistance she was there. I love my apartment and neighbors. Everything is perfect. I don’t think you could find an apartment this good in Kingsville. I imagine I will be a long term resident here. Super people, Super grounds and staff. Why would I go anywhere else? I wouldn’t.
This landlord is never available and the office hours are M-F 9-5 yet no one is ever there or answers the calls.
I Have been living at the Arroyo apts For almost 11 years. I have been managed under 2 other different managers. Now we are managed under Liz our new manager for several years now. Before she came there was a lot of riffraff living here causing problems. she cleaned up the apartment complex and reassuring all other tenants that it would be improved. It is now warm friendly family oriented complex When there is a problem or issue in the apartment it is automatically taken care of. We are very lucky to have her as our manager.
