Arrowhead Court Apartments

You can definitely find a better apartment for the price you pay here. My unit was dingy and dated with a small kitchen. Most of the other tenants kept to themselves, but there was a huge problem with packages being stolen; when tenants ultimately complained, management's solution was to send a mass email asking the thief/thieves to stop...maybe try installing some cameras instead? This brings me to my next point, which is that management was terrible. Never have I had such condescending, passive aggressive, and overall unintelligent emails sent week after week. Laundry was also a nightmare. The units were constantly breaking down even when recently replaced, and management said if we didn't like it then we should find a laundromat. Last I checked part of my overinflated rent was supposed to include onsite laundry! This would be unacceptable even if management wasn't so rude about it. The only good thing about the place was the undersupported maintenance team. They busted their butts to try to fix whatever problem came your way, and they were friendly and sympathetic with every encounter.

Upkeep on the location is lacking. Stairwells are also dirty looking. Have fun trying to get your laundry done. As long as they get your money, thats their only concern.

I have lived at Arrowhead for 3 years now. I must say this place has changed for the better over the past year and a half. The manager is very quick to respond to emails and is very welcoming when I come to the office. The maintenance is on point. They handle issues very fast and get the job done. You can tell this team really cares. I really enjoy living here.

The apartments are in good shape. I was in a bit of a bind needing to move immediately. Debbie went out of her way to get me a unit as fast as possible. The apt is spacious with lots of closet space. The den area, in the one bedroom, is also perfect for a small office. The complex is in the middle of a single family home community, so its also pretty quiet. A lot of the information listed on this website is not on their actual website, and that is the only reason I drop a star. It would make it a lot easier for future tenants to have all necessary information, before they walk into the office. Overall nice, affordable, and would recommend.

I have been with Half Penny for almost Four years and during this time we have had our issues but nothing that was not handled properly. Stacey herself has been a tremendous help with all of the things we may have need or just waving to you in the parking lot. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and how the property is presented to others. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to live with people who care about your comfort and happiness than this is the place for you! No matter where you go there will always be things you do not like but I have not lived at an apartment that cares so much about their tenants. So THANK YOU STACEY AND THANK YOU HALFPENNY!

I've been living at Arrowhead since February 2014. The new manager and staff have been doing a great job. I find them to be helpful and friendly. When you call for a repair it's done quickly and the maintenance personnel are always courteous and professional. Stacey, the Property Manager at Arrowhead Court is the epitome of what qualities a manager should have. She possesses a willingness to always address any concerns you may have. My experience here at Arrowhead Court have been great and I would recommend this complex readily with no reservation and the location is great also.

I've been a resident since summer of 2017 and I'm living comfortably. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Any issues have been taken care soon after I report them. The neighbors are friendly as well. Good quality for what you get at a competitive price. Recommended you rent here.

We have been since July 2018. We love our apartment, the ladies in the office are nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance man is super friendly we havent had any problems, its a nice place to live and very convenient for us.

They very frequently turn off the water supply to entire buildings in the middle of the day with no warning for hours at a time claiming that there is a leak. Obviously this means you cannot take a shower, brush your teeth, do laundry, or cook anything that requires water. Water costs are included in rent and they do not provide rent discounts for depriving the residents this utility.

This place is terrible. Don’t late the spacious floor plans fool you, this place has been nothing but a headache since moving in. Theresa the manager is incredibly rude and will find anything and everything to charge you fees for. She is always making up rules that aren’t in the lease and on top of that doesn’t follow her own rules that are clearly stated in the lease then expects you to follow every single rule to a T. The hallways and stairwells are disgusting and the buildings are infested with bugs that make their way into your apartment. The walls in the common areas are covered in dirt and other unidentifiable substances. The landscaping is really bad and they haven’t seemed to figure out their water drainage problem. There are huge puddles and mud everywhere whenever it rains. Don’t bother trying to use the courtyards to play outside with kids or walk your dog because its covered in mud and dog poop 24/7. But god-forbid you leave a pair of shoes outside your door so you don’t track in the mud from the courtyard or Theresa comes jumping down your throat threatening to charge you fees if you leave one pair of shoes outside your own door. In the winter they do a a sub-par job at plowing and salting. Myself as well as multiple visitors have fallen on the icy walkways and streets. I am honestly shocked that they haven’t been sued yet. They basically have no plan in place for inclement weather because they have resorted to trying to recruit residents into shoveling for them. The water breaks at least once or twice a month and the heat was broken for multiple days in the dead of winter. There always is something breaking in this tomorrow and when they fix things they basically just put a bandaid on it which only corrects the problem long enough for the maintenance man to leave and say its fixed. Most of us residents will only go to the office on Saturdays because thats the only day Theresa doesn’t work and stacey the other manager is MUCH better. Many residents have moved out recently and that no coincidence. I wish I had listened to a friend who told me that this place was terrible and never moved in. Spare yourself the agony and keep looking for other places. You will thank me later.

The apartments here are livable and provide more space then I have seen in other apartments in the area. However, the staff is terrible to deal with. Upon moving in my apartment was not cleaned, the floors were sticky and filthy. The walls were covered in dirt and the floors were not even vacuumed. In the beginning process of applying for the apartment and providing all of our paperwork, the leasing office lost our confidential papers twice. I was quoted three different rent prices, three different amounts for the security deposit, and not to mention that every time I called to remedy these situations I was given attitude and treated very unprofessionally. Conveniently, the leasing office also "lost" my move in check off list which indicated how filthy the apartments were when we moved in. Based on the staff alone I would seek another apartment complex.

I have lived in these apartments for several years now. My time here has been enjoyable. If there was ever an issue or problem the women in the offices and the maintenance men handled the problems to the best of their ability. The residents are friendly and the area is kept nice and neat. These are reasonably priced apartments. They also do a good job at being reasonable about any questions or accommodations you may have or need.

WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR A EXTERMINATOR IF ITS A COMPLEX PROBELM AND THEY WILL KEEP COMMING BACK FROM OTHER PEOPLES APARTMENTS!???? DO NOT RENT HERE!!! IT WILL COST YOU EVERYTHING YOU HAVE

The staff in the office is the most professional and personable I have ever encounter. Way to go Teresa and Stacy

Between the thin walls, the awful windows and the lies from women in the office this place is next to uninhabitable. The maintenance crew doesn't care about their repairs. Everything has a band-aid when it needs replacing or further care. The laundry facilities are awful, they never clean them, people pour bleach in your wash, and no one is responsible. They guarantee you 2 parking spots and when you complain about lack of space, they tell you to just park on the street. None of the responsibilities are tended to. All they want is your money. If you havent signed a deal with the devil, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are many better options in the immediate area, any price will beat dealing with the idiots at Arrowhead Court.

You can hear everything that goes on from the apartment above when living on the second floor. From the vacuuming to arguments to hearing the alarms going off in the morning, when they start the shower etc... Not to mention how poorly the windows are made and when the people above open and close them its extremely loud. Do not move here if you have a family. Parking is always crowded. Smokey smelling hallways and can not even touch the front door its so dirty.
