The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Arrow Apartments
Double check everything before moving in. Maintnce picks and chooses what he wants to fix. The stove that the owners provided was no good and was leaking carbon monoxide. Thankfully I purchased my own carbon monoxide detector because sure enough it the stove was giving off a unsafe level of carbon monoxide. Maintenance came to look at the stove and claimed that it was fine and safe to use. And he was wrong. The alarm continued to sound and I called the gas company to come take a look. They came and red tagged the stove saying that it was unsafe and dangerous to use. Dont think the owners liked that I did that but oh well I have 3 kids in the house and was not going to risk it. Maintenance came back and "fixed" the issue but claimed that it was due to poor keeping thanks to us. But the problem was not fixed called corporate and told them that their maintenance man was not qualified to lift that red tag and within a week I received a new stove and a week after that received a letter with a rent increase. The onsite manager Ellia is A and a big reason why we stuck around but the maintenance is a definite fail and the owners could take better care of tenants.
