Arrive Westlake Village

Just moved in and other than the minor fixes that are needed, all good! Appreciate the fast turnaround time from the management and maintenance teams

Beautiful complex in a great neighborhood. Lovely office staff. Amanda and team are Very helpful with questions and concerns. Maintenance is always on top of it!

Overall so far so good, except some neighbors are slamming the doors when going or coming in. The unit vibrates and it’s shocking sometimes.

Easy process. From application to move in. Everything went easy. The team was very helpful to from the beginning and followed up to keep everything on track.

Extremely friendly and helpful leasing off of staff as well as property management. Well kept up, however, older property. Apartment was nicely, cleaned and moderately updated upon move-in. Fits market pricing.

I absolutely love it here. It has one of the more beautiful grounds in the area. My son is able to ride his bike and scooter safely. It just feels like home to us.

In the past I've written great reviews for Arrive, Westlake Village. However I am hoping this review will move management to solve a problem. I wish I could post an image of 10/12 mattresses piled high, some falling over, surrounded by furniture in the wide open. It's such an eyesore, and makes Arrive look like a dump site, unkempt, and dirty. Guests who have seen this huge pile of junk have expressed how terrible it makes this place look. I have sent two emails to management, and no one has responded. I am hoping this eye-sore can be resolved.

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness that put you at ease. The sense of community is strong, with people going out of their way to introduce themselves, offer assistance, and make you feel like a valued part of the group. Whether you're attending an event, joining a gathering, or just passing through, the inclusive and supportive environment ensures that you feel like a true member of the community, appreciated and embraced for who you are.

I have had a fabulous experience living here. I cannot wait to continue to live here for a while to come. This place truly feels like home and I could not be happier’

I love living here at Arrive. They are actively working to improve all the amenities. It is a safe and quite neighborhood and the staff is always very kind

I'm enjoying living here. The grounds are peaceful and well maintained. Any issues I've had have been take care of right away by the effective maintenance staff. And I am grateful to have respectful, friendly neighbors. My dogs love our daily walks to the park, and I am really appreciating the gym and pool in our community.

Absolutely great experience that's why i renewed my lease. It is such a safe feeling community and with the renovations it is getting even better

Grounds are generally kept very clean, except for the back by building 201 and 205. Neighbors constantly littering and drinking beer leaving a mess, blasting music and being rude. Luckily the leasing office is responsive when complaints are made.

The surrounding community is safe and quiet and the staff has been great to us. Our apartment is beautiful they have done a great job taking an older property and renovating upgrades inside the units. It's peaceful and good size units.

Quick maintenance resolutions and responsive staff. Probably the best in Westlake Village. Overall apartment quality is also quite above average.

Just moved in, it’s been wonderful so far. The landscaping is beautiful and the apartment is really nice. The neighborhood feels very safe too.

Maintenance person was very quick on the job and very friendly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain the reason of the problem with my lights in the bathroom of why they kept going on on their own.

Love all the changes and upgrades! Always loved this complex due to the trees and location. But with these new changes it’s safer and more updated. The painting is great and so are all the new cameras. New gym is amazing!! After many years living here it’s great to see things changing

New Management has taken very bold decisions to improve the quality of residents, added multiple things like gym with latest equipments, laundry facilities upgrades, complete windows replacement… and many existing changes, and improvements are still going on for the betterment. Thanks everyone actively working on such things

All is good. Keeping the site looking good and CLEAN is very helpful to set the table for a strong community. I feel there can always be more done in this area especially common areas like trash, laundry, parking lot.

Moving to a new city is always challenging to locate new community amenities. Arrive made the moving process seamless which allowed us the time and space to do things our family needed to take care of. They are always available if we need anything or have questions. We love the community

I just moved in to Arrive Westlake Village and far this has been a very peaceful and well-maintained community. I love the resident assets and overall layout.

I have had such a great time here! I love all the new renovations and it just feels so safe. I just wish there was a jacuzzi by the pool!!!!

I like living here. It's quiet. The amenities are clean for our use. Conveniently located a mile from the market and the places to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. My neighbors are quiet and nice to cit chat with.

We just moved in and the move was flawless. Sandra the leasing agent was extremely helpful and communicate with us during the entire process.

It’s always been great living here. Our family loves it here. The staff especially the maintenance team are always great and helpful. The community is clean and quiet.

Everyone has been very helpful! We love our apartment and feel very safe. Everything is new and clean. The only thing is that there are no lights in the living room or bedrooms, so we use lamps for everything.

All of the renovations are coming along beautifully and making such a great difference to the community! I love the new windows and the staff and maintenance have been so kind

I love the complex and all of the renovations they are making to increase livelihood! The leasing office is amazing and the complex feels very safe. Only wish the AC in my unit was new especially in these hot summer months

It’s an amazing central location and a beautiful neighborhood. We are close to everything we need. Who wouldn’t want to live here. I love Westlake village

Despite encountering some challenges during the transition due to layoffs from previous management, the overall experience has been acceptable. The amenities offered at Arrive Apartment Homes are good, not great. The game room sits empty and the pools go mostly unused . The community is really safe. In conclusion, while the transition period may have presented some initial challenges, my experience at Arrive Apartment Homes has been acceptable.

It’s fairly quiet, close to the freeway but you can’t hear it, and the pools are nice. The lightly renovated apartments are nice, still an old building but still good living conditions. Maintenance has been great!

Not great based on the price and amenities provided. No in home laundry and no central heating or cooling. Also few have laundry in home and few of them not, but still water bill is split even across all

Arrive has been really great so far. Nice apartment quick service requests. Sometimes can be a little bit loud but mainly just young kids having fun not a big deal.

Overall it has been a rather pleasant experience! Here are my pros and cons: Cons: Large divots in the floor of bathroom and bedrooms. Upstairs neighbors are INCREDIBLY loud (they are throwing a baseball around for their dog at 7am in the morning and as late as 12:30am. Only one pool key works despite looking identical. Issues with hot water have been ongoing. Carport has been taken by random car 3 days out of the week (which is rather brutal when recovering from ankle surgery since I have to park all the way out on triumfo on those nights. Storage at carport is in such bad shape that you can see all the way to rebar and was NOT clean when we moved in. Water leaks in storage have cause mold to build up in the center. Now for the upsides! Lovely home town feel in the community. Responses from leasing office are timely and addressed quickly.. Tessa in particular has been did an amazing job showing us around and overall being a great help!

The apartment is comfortable and the amenities are great. I have a few small things that I would change, but overall this is a fantastic community to live in and I would recommend it to anyone.

We’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and love living here. We’re happy to call this our home, especially with 2 little kids, we feel safe. It’s never chaotic or loud. Everyone’s nice.

This complex has been a great experience so far, coming in on one year living here. This was my first apartment and I am happy to have chosen this community. I've had no issues at all, I love the cleanliness, how dog friendly it is and location.

I have only been here for about a month but my experience has been wonderful thus far! Very beautiful, peaceful community and really feel cared for!
