Overall, my experience has been positive so far. The neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office staff has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The only downside was that the apartment wasn’t as clean as I expected when I moved in, so I’ve been adjusting to that and doing extra cleaning as I settle in.

Arrive is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I would absolutely recommend it. I especially love the setting - so many nature areas and places to walk but still 5 minutes away from amenities and shops.

In love with our new home! What I mean by “home” isn’t just the beautiful, spacious and all around “elevated” atmosphere of our apartment. It is also the direct access to the schuylkill trail/river, the amazing parks in the area and the feeling of being “away from it all” while having the convenience of major roadways/shopping centers etc. Being nestled between the Audubon, Valley Forge National Park and the former silent film studios of Siegmund Lubin, also makes for great conversation when we have guests!

We love Arrive Valley Forge. Everyone is friendly, there’s tons to do, and it’s a great price for the location. There’s plenty of monthly community events and food trucks that come by when the weather is nice. The management and maintenance teams make the effort to get to know the residents (and dogs!) while working on campus or via scheduled events. I always feel as if my concerns are heard, no matter how small! We looked at soooo many apartment complexes and are happy that we chose this one. For reference, we’ve been here for the better part of a year.

A wonderful community and fabulous leasing office team. The campus is very beautiful and thoughtfully maintained. The leasing office put so much effort Into organizing All sorts of activities each month. I rarely need maintenance, but if I do they come right away. Best place ever.
It is always something here. Whether it's something in an individual apartment or the complex itself, the fire alarms going off for absolutely no reason, or the parking garage constantly raining down debris. The maintenance team is responsive and quick, which I appreciate. But the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Arrive team is great, generally very quiet. Really well kept. They have events and food trucks come in basically every week, which helps bring some levity.
Perfect for our needs! Love the food trucks and the community. The surrounding area has everything you need and the location is very convenient to Philadelphia airport and downtown.
We have had such a great experience living here! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The monthly community events are always appreciated.

Pros: Fantastic staff at Valley Forge who are kind and quick in addressing all issues. Five stars to them! We love how quickly everything is repaired/addressed both in our apartment and around the property. The location is also a huge plus! Cons: The only con for us is the price. For such a small space that hasn't been renovated, it's very expensive!

Great place to live, nice location, apartments are well kept. Almost everyone has a dog, which as a dog owner is great but can also be frustrating when there’s 15 dogs all walking around at once all the time.

Arrive Valley Forge is a great place to live! It is super close to many things such as the KOP mall, grocery stores, and more. If you love nature and biking or hiking, then you have a great nature trail right by the apartments, as well as Valley Forge National Park a short distance away as well. We've had very few issues since moving in, and we've been living here for nearly half a year!

We have lived here for a month now and we still are in love with the complex, community, and surrounding area. We truly did find a little slice of heaven in the suburbs. I’m originally from Lebanon County, so finding Arrive Valley Forge which is nestled up to Valley Forge National Park and the Susquehanna River is perfect for me and my pup as we can have our privacy and quiet space with lots of deer and other wildlife, but are never more than 5-10 mins away from anything we need! Thank you AVF team for meeting with us on a whim and getting us into our new home.

Great apartment complex nestled between Norristown and Eagleville. Maintenance is wonderful- polite, prompt, and attentive. Leasing office staff is also great, I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. Management is typically the issue most people have when renting, but it's been a blessing living here. Affordable prices in this crazy market and safe location. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who work here!

It's been great here, we just renewed our lease. I will say the condition of our lobby in building 2 has been wonky as of recent, with weird smells and trash left behind from people and pets. Other than that we enjoy living here.

The location of the complex is beautiful, being wooded and next to the river, and the apartment is bright and sunny. The move-in experience was not great because there is no freight elevator and entry doors could not be propped open.

In my first week here and I have already regretted my decision to move here. At the surface the apartment looks great and in a great location. But there’s mice and mice droppings, one of the toilets was clogged and overflowed, the dryer vent hose was broken, the floors and stove were very dirty. The staff is responsive and kind. They tried to fix these issues but offered for the exterminator to come one week after I reported seeing mice.

My roommate and I recently moved into our apartment and everything has been nothing short of spectacular. During the application process, the entire management team were extremely helpful, answering any question I had respectfully and in full detail. The elevators operated smoothly and quickly, allowing for a smooth move-in process. Our unit was spotless when we moved in and even though one of the kitchen cabinets were askew, the maintence request was processed immediatly and the problem was fixed right away. It has been a peaceful stay here at Arrive, and my roommate and I are very much looking forward to our future stay.

Nice people all around very nice appartment and area view is amazing from balcony and have not had any problems. I’m sure if we do have problems they will be quick to respond as well!

Just moved to Arrive at Valley Forge and I am beyond impressed. The apartments are spacious and I have a balcony with a private view of the woods. The buildings are secure and the smart home features make my morning routine so much more enjoyable. My dog even loves it here with all of the trails and the dog park. Location of the apartments is great it is about an 8 minute drive to the nearby grocery stores, gas, restaurants, and more! Only a 12 minute drive to KOP mall. No nearby public transportation, which is a minor inconvenience. The other residents are kind enough. The pool is lovely on a hot day. On the nights I get home later I wish there was more parking because I do drive around looking some nights and I am unable to find a spot close to my building. The dog park is nice, but I wish there was more for the dogs to do and play with. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I made a few complaints that I thought they wouldn't have control over to fix, but they fixed what I was complaining about within 48-72 hours. I am a Karen, I complain a lot, but the staff is always ready to fix what I complain about next!
