Property Ratings at Arrive Thousand Oaks
Arrive Thousand Oaks has many wonderful pluses. They offer Zoom workshops on various topics which are interactive and can be viewed from the comfort of home. They have special recycling trash bins for food products and for various recyclables yet not enough apartment dwellers use them. That saddens me. There’s a dog park and a room dedicated to washing one’s pet which used to be a laundry room. I appreciate the gas grill and picnic tables with nice umbrellas. The complex is fairly quiet depending where you live(near the pool can be boisterous) and I live on Hillcrest where there are many sirens but the thick glass windows really help. I miss the simple gatherings that we used to have every few months which helped me meet neighbors. Overall it is a nice place to live.

Valerie was so kind to my husband and I when we were looking for an apartment! Fast and easy, the process was smooth and wonderful! She answered a out questions, the community is quite nice, though small community spaces, they are all simply wonderful. No noise complaints, if you don't mind the road traffic, then this is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood.

Arrive Thousand Oaks is a great place to live special amenities such as a BBQ, pool with tables and a variety of chairs, a dog park and washing room for them, and special occasional classes that are interesting and helpful which are offered for free. Maintenance is quickly taken care of and you have the opportunity to evaluate them. You have opportunities to earn points which have earned me prizes. They are environmentally conscious which I appreciate! I just wish people would take advantage of them.

Renewal time and new terms of lease were very fair. Especially given the high prices of everything today. Work orders are completed in real time. Safe, quiet, beautiful. Just a really nice place to live.

This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There are lots of big trees and lots of squirrels. It's like living in a forest. The house is very clean and has all the amenities.

Nice families live here. Communication with staff is difficult at times. The grill needs a regular cleaning service. Always working on the pool at the worst times and it takes way longer than they say things will.

The apartment complex overall is beautiful, quiet and very safe. Maintenance team is absolutely wonderful! The staff in the front office could be nicer but overall the community is great. I appreciate how Arrive Thousand Oaks responds to maintenance requests so quickly. It is a relief to know that I don't have to wait much for work to be completed. I appreciate the updated laundry room since I am an older tenant and don't have a washing machine in my apartment. I also appreciate having a location for the mailman to deliver packages that is safe and locked. I don't use the amenities much because I belong to YMCA, but it is nice to see residents using them at many different hours of the day and night. Joy keeps the office lovely with seasonal decorations. I appreciate the classes they offer online to learn about cooking healthy, finances, emergency preparedness and other topics.

Move in was quick and easy! Joy is fabulous! I love Arrive so far. The complex is nice and serene with pine trees all around. My son loves to watch the squirrels chase each other up and down the trees.

We have lived here for almost 2.5 years now. The grounds are well maintained. It’s quiet. The gym is clean and has new equipment. Maintenance request are taken care of quickly. We love living here.

Spring is beautiful with the trees leafing out and some bushes blooming. It’s been busy from the amount of rainfall we had. The roses first bloom were spectacular! Even the succulents are blooming and looking terrific. I didn’t have any leaks so that was a blessing. The pool is open and busy. I’m grateful for the wonderful windows which block the sound of traffic. We just got a major upgrade to the laundry room for those of us who have lived here awhile. Many people have been using the barbecue with the warm weather.

Nice community, fairly quiet. Lots of kids for our kids to play with. The pool is nice when it isn’t having issues. Over all not a bad place to call home.

I have been a resident of Arrive Thousand Oaks for 15 years. I love it here. The biggest plus for me is the peace and quiet. Both Joy the Manager and Brandon our maintenance person are the best I have ever worked with. Prior to the current ownership I have seen managers and maintenance people come and go. They not only do their jobs well, but they are super friendly like a good neighbor. They have done many improvements to the property and Joy and Brandon navigated all the tenants right through it all. It's a great place to live! Come take a look.

Arrive TO is a great place to live. One of , my favorite features is the peace and quiet. I also have to give kudos to Joy the manager and Brandon in maintenance. They are both very responsive and they are both really nice people to work with. I have been here almost 15 years and would like to stay here indefinitely, but I am retired and the increasing rents here and everywhere may not allow me to stay. Come check it out!
