Great customer service I'm new to the city and had been apartment shopping for a couple of months. This was a big move for me! I'm very particular down to detail and specifications of many things in aspect of space, location, view and what not. Ricquel helped me through the entire process from the moment I called to inquire, through touring, leasing and continues to deliver exceptional service even post move-in. My calls are always answered or returned - she's extremely efficient and proactive. Genuinely great service! I believe the first face and interaction of any business is an indicator of how your experience will be, and whether it's meant for you or not. She's a huge reason I ended up signing a lease at this complex. I've truthfully never had any leasing agent be so patient and kind throughout the entire process.
