I've had maintenance issues that have gone unadressed for a long time and it has been difficult communicating with the office since we lost our last manager. The grills and gym have damaged equipment and too many people use the gym at night to hang out and charge phone instead of actually exercising and our security patrol refuses to help.

It's like living at a resort. Everyone is nice and helpful. Charlie in maintenance is right on it. We love living among the oak trees. We are also enjoying the pool, spa and bbq.

My arrive rolling oaks community is super nice and helpful. The community is quieter than I expected so I feel like I have to watch my loudness which is why I give it 4 stars but it is a safe apartment area which I can’t complain about

I like the complex as a whole but each unit is pretty small. The individual AC/heating units make it difficult to keep the whole apartment comfortable.

Thus far my experience here has been good. Although I would appreciate an electric charger for cars. I think that would be very convenient for most of the tenants living here. I have recently seen a few electric cars. Living in an apartments has been difficult to be able to get a charger.

I like the apartment but there are a few things that would make living there better. The first would be central heating and air. Each room should have a working cable connection. In my unit, the one in the master bedroom doesn’t work and when we moved it, they wouldn’t allow the cable company to properly fix it. We have to use the cable connection by the front door and cable splitters in order to have cable/internet in each room.

Community is for the most part friendly and safe but my package was stolen. There’s no charging for EVs. I wouldn’t trust to deliver anything to this apartment complex.

The Los Robles Apartments are located in a fairly quiet part of Thousand Oaks. Located a couple blocks behind Borderline and the Moorpark exit, the apartments are decently quiet, freeway access is convenient, and you're tucked away into a bit of nature. Sounds nice, until you experience the downsides of the property ... The downside is the property management company is quite poor. Beware, their own Los Robles Apartment website states 5-stars across 90 reviews, but this is not true - all of those reviews are from maintenance work orders from residents (you'll notice this theme in the reviews) AND the property management company chooses which of the reviews they publish. They pick and choose the 5-star reviews. Maintenance orders that were well addressed do not encompass the true satisfaction of residents with their entire experience - safety, amenities, property management quality, and so on. Many of the properties have poorly built components - the window frames, slide doors, and so on. This creates a safety hazard - the screens can easily be popped off and the windows, even if they have a locking mechanism, can be slid open. In other words, your apartment is not safe and secure here, even if you have the windows shut. If you have a family or are a couple, this is not a safe place to live. There are more and more attempted break-ins occurring at the property, so the window issue is relevant. If you choose to move here, best to have a large sized dog that has a strong bark and hates strangers, and be ready to not get any support from the property management company. The property management company is negligent - if simple steps such as installing more secure safety features for your property would help secure your unit, especially as units around yours are starting to get broken into, they will pass on the fix. So if you want to move into a complex where break-ins are getting common, with a property management company that will not take sensible steps to help, then this is your place. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Decron and this property of theirs is not worth the headache.
I am new to the state of California , I found this apartment on the second day I looked at apartments . It was newly renovated and pet friendly . Close to the freeway and shopping and restaurants which is great when you're not familiar with the area . The staff here is always pleasant and helpful ! The area is quit and there are hiking trails close by.
