My only complaint is the gates often being left open and mail/packages being left outside of a locker or in the leasing office where you can’t always access. I do understand the complex likely receives tons of packages that don’t always fit in the lockers. The community can also stand to be professionally pressure washed as there is green mold and mildew on lots of the stairs. I also strongly dislike the children running around the gym while their parents play racketball downstairs. It’s extremely disruptive and distracting. I also wish the parking was better as the deck often fills up by 8-9pm so there are cars parked unmarked spaces. Otherwise, maintenance requests are resolved timely and I have little to no issues with the neighbors!

The process could be simpler if the leasing agents and maintenance actually cared for the people applying to their apartments. I had everything needed to apply and the process was difficult for absolutely no reason. I hate leaving bad reviews but yall really could do better.

I would like to see upgrades to the amenities. Especially in the gym, the equipment is very old. The grounds are terrible because people don't pick up their dog poop/

Community is green, and clean. Elevator in Building 1 need to be fixed as it causes disruption in moving heavy equipment/objects. Floors outside apartment needs pressure washing/cleaning.

Maintenance is always relatively fast and leasing office staff is nice and helpful! The property is clean and we never ran into any major issues.

This is a good condo overall, considering the neighborhood is quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. What urgently needs improvement, however, is the cleanliness. The hallways are always filthy, there’s trash scattered on the floor, and the stairwell area is so dirty it’s uncomfortable to walk through. If they improve the cleaning issues, this would definitely be a much better place to live.

So far since living here my apartment has flooded, the fire alarm has gone off twice in the community and the elevator has broken down twice. It all sounds terrible but it’s life, for me it’s not about what happens but how people respond and the leasing office staff at the Heights have responded accordingly. They were quick to respond during the flood and are working to fix the issues at hand. Communication could be better, I’m still waiting to hear back about compensation for power used during the flood that was charged to our account. Beyond what I said it’s not a terrible place to live at, it’s actually quite nice. The people make it so liveable and kind.

The property manager & T’Qwan were amazing with helping me move and finding the apartment that I was comfortable with. It wasn’t any issues when I said I didn’t like something they made it happen when it came down to my paperwork and things like that they made sure it got done. Nothing is perfect, but they definitely helped me be comfortable for my move.

The neighborhood is not bad at all, it’s pretty diverse I must say. I have not had any issues with management nor maintenance. Whenever I schedule maintenance, the maintenance guys will come out and resolve my issue pretty quickly. My only issue is the construction of the apartment. The walls are super thin and so is the flooring. Granted, I know that I live in an apartment so you will hear your neighbors. However, you shouldn’t hear them as clear as I do. I hear their every move.. LITERALLY. I hear my neighbors whenever they are arguing, or whenever they let their dog out of the cage, and even hear them and their bed when they are doing the do.. They also throw their dog hair over the balcony and it’s always on my patio. That is super disgusting. Also, my downstairs neighbor blasts music at all hours of the night.. loud to the point where I can feel the vibrations on my floor.

A lot of issues with package delivery, "paid" valet trash service,broken elevators, no handicap parking enforcement, bad lighting in public areas at night. This place has gone downhill. Maintenance tries hard to keep up but they seem to be overworked. Location is great but management here is a big problem

The apartment complex is slowly getting overhauled. It is a good location and has many amenities around a mile from the buildings. It would be nice if people would follow the rules about trash and also that the floors and walkways were washed and repainted.

Good place to stay in a gated community. The community is quiet and clean. The staff at the leasing office is also helpful. There is trash collection services and fire alarm.

The apartment complex is nice and quiet but the smell of neighbors smoking pot inside their apartment is out of control. It’s one thing if it was out in patio but inside is terrible and not dealt with.

Average experience . The elevator is out of service since ages. The parking lot and stairs Are not clean. House is infested by roaches and trash is lying outside in the hallway
A tour of the community was needed. It took me 2 days to find my mailbox and I should have been made aware that the elevator was not working prior to move in.
Nice community to stay in Dunwoody, its gated and clean on the exterior side. Like the pathways for walking within the community. However, Gym equipment need improvement, valet trash service has had issues, whitewashing is needed as floor are having spots.
Apartments are old but good and clean. Leasing office staffs are very calm and good in nature.. Aminities are good in this society. Maintenance services are very quick .
My experience as a resident at The Hight Dunwoody is certainly not good due to several issues ranging from the lack of organization of the condominium to the complete lack of education of some residents. If you want to feel safe and generally satisfied by living in a familiar and organized condominium, it definitely won't be here.

I have been in my unit for a little over two weeks now and I love it here! Every property employee is always so nice and helpful with anything needed at all! I put in maintenance requests for two separate issues and they had someone in my unit to fix it that same day.

For the most part living here is nice, and the community is well kept. However there are somethings that could make it better. I have experienced in both my units broken AC, resulting in the replacement of the entire HVAC system. Also the elevators never work and there seems to be no urgency in fixing them.

Apartment is cozy. Makes for a nice first apartment. Management needs to fix the elevator issues. Why pay for amenities that you are not receiving.

Beautiful interior, community is also beautiful, clean and quiet. I love it so far. Move in was smooth and staff have great customer service.

You guys are awesome! Maintenance always comes quickly and they’re always so nice. I never have trouble finding parking there’s always space. The only problem is that it is in dunwoody so area around is a little boring.

Please do not sign the lease in this community, maintenance is worst and all the packages are missing, we have locker room but no use of it even though we are paying monthly $5 for it. If we ask about it no proper response from leasing office.

Im new here. So fae a good quiet neighborhood. Lots of food nearby. Close to perimeter mall. I like it here. But the halls and stairway could be a tad bit cleaner.

This is a great community in Dunwoody. Apartment plans are good, but cleanliness needs a bit of effort. The corridors are not clean, bugs are increasing, and I see dead cockroaches everywhere.

I'm pleased with living here. Everyone in the community seems to be nice. I wish that they would do better with cleaning up after their dogs. The staff is very nice and keeps us in the loop of what's going on at all times and that is totally awesome.

Excellent response times! They try and have something going on for the community to do. Great nieghbors and gym facilities. Love the gas stoves and the vaulted ceilings what the balcony.

Every single month here was wonderful, Pamela was great throughout the duration of my lease, everybody else was really helpful too ! It is really beautiful complex and and the apartments are beautiful as well

The layout of the community is just so odd and inconvenient. My frustrations are that kids constantly use the gym as a playground, the treadmills frequently don’t work, the gate hasn’t operated since I moved in in October, the grills are subpar at best, the “dog park” at building 2 is just a strip with mostly gravel and some grass, the mailboxes are janky and easily accessible without a key making nail vulnerable to be stolen, and the pool is unable to be accessed even to just sit on the couches and enjoy the surroundings. On a positive note, my apartment is mostly quiet, maintenance responds to requests quickly, the community is clean with little trash and debris, I like the parcel locker room so at least packages are secure since the mailboxes aren’t, and I’ve always felt safe.
