Arrive Mission Valley

Started off great. As spring/summer approaches so does the late night craziness. Loud bumping club music and barking dogs for most of the night. Disappointing

Arrive Mission Valley is in a wonderful location with a lot in walking distance or a short drive away. It is close to all freeways so it is easy to go anywhere in San Diego.

Living here is a great experience. Cozy place, I have everything I need, great gym, great games room, spectacular movie theater and it's very nice to be here with you. I really like coming to live here and I really like living here.

Jorge Fast efficient and so friendly at all times and gets the job done!

The listing office people are always nice and friendly, our neighbors are always smiling at each other. We also love the events which they have every month!

Couldn’t be happier with the services here. The staff is incredibly nice and have always been able to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

Fire alarm system goes off a lot for false alarms. Besides that, the staff is extremely friendly- they know us by name! The amenities are to die for!

Great location, tons of places in walking distance and it is a secure spot. Due to the trolley station there is homeless people outside the building here and there. The trolley, neighbors and area can be pretty noisy. If you get a spot facing the inside pool area you have much less noise pollution than a spot facing the outside of the building. Overall, I would recommend this place if you value location, it's a good community.

Seems nice so far. Definitely current with the times utilizing apps to the max. Gorgeous complex and amenities. Central location and right by a little shopping center.

Staff has been very helpful with any questions I may have. The community is also very clean and very well maintained. I love how secure the building is and the ease of the wireless entry for my guests.

Complex grounds are well kept up. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our floor plan is perfect for us. Maintenance, when needed, is very good. Location & climate are great.

Efficient I am happy because the maintenance crew is fast and repairs properly

My family and I enjoy the events they have for the community every month:) Especially when they have ruffles at the events, we won $150 discounts for our rent for next month!!

I sure like the ocean air and the community that’s within. This building seems to be really nice. The shopping is pretty nice also and And the trolley makes it so you can go pretty much anywhere in San Diego that you would Like the public transportation is essential

Great service Fast and easy service. Even though it was a holiday weekend, my work was completed in 48 hours.

Great Community The staff here, over the years, has cultivated a community that makes living here feel like a giant family commune. In addition, the building is secure and constantly canvassed by security giving us all (tenants) a feeling of safety and d security. Couple those qualities with the fact that there are so many amenities (shooing, dining, Starbucks) within feet of the main entrance you get small time village feel with big city surroundings.

Very welcoming environment. Also very clean and spacious. My roommate and I have only been here for a week but we love it so much. Everyone is very helpful.

The apartment complex is nice. However, the surrounding area is not. We have someone stabbed and shot on our side of the building. There are always problems with the elevators and doors being broken. Although, the pool area was just renovated, it was not during our year lease, and we are moving.

We love leasing office people and apartment community! All residents are always nice and smiling at each other, the staff are great and super quiet!! We love this apartment!!

Tub troubles no more They removed a giant hairball from my drain and cleared the backed up sludge from my tub! Really appreciate they came late in the day to fix it!

I love living here. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues and they put friendly! I wish I would’ve found this place when I moved back to San Diego 3 years ago.

The place is very comfortable and clean, I am very happy to be here . Management is professional in its dealings with guests. Respectful, unobtrusive and friendly guests.

Awesome so far! Ashley was a great help in us getting this apartment. Wish the rent was lower but it’s in a nice area and is a decent size. The pool is going to be my favorite

Leasing office staff has been extremely helpful and amenities are beautiful.. however fellow residents sometimes blast very powerful speakers late into work nights

Seven weeks ago, we started having a plumbing issue in one of the bathroom tub drains in which gray sewage water comes up from the drain and into the tub, bringing along with it debris, sediment, hair, and other unsanitary materials, before draining back out again. I have been unable to use my shower as of the last 3 weeks when the issue got really worse, and and despite the multiple maintenance visits and failed attempts at "fixing the issue". I feel like there has not been a more urgent or serious approach on how the problem should be handled (with urgency because there is unsanitary gray sewage water coming up the drain every other day). This is a high-quality living establishment which prides itself in providing quality housing, comfort, and luxury amenities to its residents. So it feels ridiculous that such a basic plumbing issue has persisted and been poorly handled. At this point, our patience has begun to run out as this feels quite unacceptable.

I had some hiccups with my arrival to SD and Briana was super helpful and accommodating! When I arrived my unit was ready for me to move in. Thanks for helping to make a stressful situation a little better.

The maintenance guys are great! They usually respond quickly and work efficiently to solve the problem!

Apartment not deep cleaned before I moved in. Hair and debris in the shower, dirty base boards in kitchen and throughout apartment. I don't think a cleaning service was even ordered for our apartment. Condom and dirty chair left on patio.

Briana was thorough and helpful in my tour. Answered all of my questions!

Mailbox was damaged and Jorge fixed it within 2 hours!!

Manager Chad White & office staff are very attentive to resident needs & always pleasant to talk with. They did several really nice things for all the residents when SDG&E did their scheduled maintenance power shutoff 10 PM - 2 AM, both before & after. The complimentary On-the-Go breakfast next morning, included fancy warm sandwiches, donuts. Waymon in maintenance is a pleasant hard worker. Location is perfect for access to freeways & the trolley, also for temperate summers & winters.

I've had a perfect resident experience in this complex and wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service, great maintenance, and wonderful amenities provided, making my stay truly exceptional

It was really good when I moved in 2021 but now the apartment has gone down a lot and always smells. A lot of interesting people live here and make living here weird

Amazing community, and amazing staff. I couldn’t ask for a better a community to live on. Super convenient location, everything’s nearby and a lot of stores.

My first four months here has been great. Jocelyn and Adam and the rest of the team are always helpful. The 24 hour security and convenient trolley station, 7eleven and other shops are super nice. The resident amenities are a huge bonus and they are always clean and available which I love.

Staff is nice. Amenities are well kept. Location is decent. Some sketchy people around due to proximity of the train, but you get that in most neighborhoods in San Diego now.

For the most part we love living here. At first we had zero complaints. As time has gone on, the building fire alarm randomly goes off without there being an emergency. It lasts for a lengthy time and we are never sent an apology email or anything to explain what happened. It’s gone off as early as 5am. Our other complaint is one of the reasons that made us decide to rent with Arrive Mission Valley is the amenities. We loved that there were so many and reserving them for 3 hours was part of us being a resident here. After two months of renting we received an email saying we had to now pay $250 to reserve one of the rooms! That on top of how much we pay for our tiny place was a bit surprising. On a positive note… we love how clean this place is and we’ve never had residents be rude or disruptive!

I love living at Arrive! The staff really care about their residents and try to create a community feel. The complex has great ammenities and everything is clean and taken care of.

The staff is very friendly and the place is much cleaner than it was under the old management. Great location with a lot of food and shops nearby.

The community is great! Everything from friendly maintenance guys to amazing leasing staff, they really do feel like family. They do have security 24/7 which is nice because there is a lot of foot traffic due to the trolley station. The trolly can be a bit loud depending on what side your apartment is but you get used it. Parking garage is 10/10 and your cars are always safe and the security does roam the gated area for guest parking.

I’ve lived here for 9 years… Amenities are plentiful. The location is great (close to freeway, restaurants, trolley, etc.). The staff is amazing, and maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner.

Find anywhere else to live. These are extremely overpriced apartments, especially considering the maintenance issues I experienced. The water was constantly turned off without notice, sometimes for multiple days. The cherry on top is that after I moved out, they did not issue me back my full deposit amount. Although my lease states I paid one amount, the deposit they issued back is lower. I have emailed and called for months and I no longer receive responses and no one answers the phone anymore. I am extremely frustrated and cannot believe this is how they are attempting to take more money from me. Please do not sign a lease here and if you live here, please take precaution when moving out.

Very comfortable experience at Arrive! Staff is super helpful and friendly, and the amenities are a definite perk. Plus, you can’t beat the amazing location!

Had a great time moving in, so far so good. Maintenance helped with our issues, and the staff has been helpful beyond expectations. Looking forward to what the future holds at arrive mission valley
