Grounds are kept neat for the most part, but a lot of dog owners don’t pick up after themselves and it is hard every day to pull out of my own driveway due to multiple cars parked on the street at all times.

Apartments are cheaply built for the price. Office is unresponsive and often rude. Maintenance team is great, however one is leaving. Wouldn't recommend.

We moved in a,week ago and it has been amazing. We have everything within in 11 minutes. So convenient. The apartment itself is cozy. Neighbors are friendly. Loving it.

It’s a pretty nice community. The lake is an amazing bonus. The townhomes are big and spacious. Maintenance is friendly and quick. Office management does a nice job with community activities.

One of the better apartments I have been in. maintenance is friendly. the dog park is usually clean and residents are good at sharing the space. The apartments themselves are spacious. The only downside is that the private beach area isn't cleaned up often enough.

Great community and area. Would highly recommend if you’d like to live somewhere peaceful. The staff here are amazingly efficient and friendly. There is plenty to do around here - lake fishing, dog park, beach swimming and the team here hosts little community events often. Our only downfall would be that our apartment is located in a noisier spot than most. Still would highly recommend.

Arrive beach and lake I have been very disappointed that the arrive lake cannot be used. It is filled with dirty leaves and poop. The poop is in the water and all over the beach. On the very hottest days this summer not one person goes on the beach to play or swim.

Very pleasant quiet and clean community. Moved here back in February when all trees were dead. Seeing all the flowers bloom and how well landscapers do and not have to lift a finger has been awesome !

I absolutely love our maintenance crew here!! Rafael has been absolutely amazing with every request I put in! Today he came right away and replaced our kitchen faucet that was leaking! He spent the time to listen and understand concerns and did the entire replacement that day with a smile on his face and also changed our water filter and makes sure everytime to check everything to make sure it’s working correctly! Amazing views of Whalom beach. Close to shopping and everything you need. Leasing staff has been very attentive. Would defiantly recommend coming.

Raffey and Jimmy did an excellent job. Making sure everything was wired and working properly. They made sure the proper amperage plugs were installed. Very professional Only wish management would provide them an enclosed vehicle to use in the cold weather so they aren’t freezing when they arrive
