the leasing office was very nice and accommodated to anything i needed being a military member just moving here. the only complaint i had was the day of move in while i was cleaning i noticed the shower head was spraying out water from where it was connected when it turned on. other than that no complaints from me!

Giving a 1 star because I've had maintenance issues since the day I got here. There is no sense of urgency to get these issues fixed. The follow up on work orders is lacking tremendously. Two comments that really stuck to me from the staff here, Maintenance: "Doesn't look pretty but it works." - this was referring to him "fixing" a door; Property Manager: "There's no money in the budget to fix that this year." - this was referring to the sliding door that is still not fixed. It is out of track at an angle and unable to properly close and lock. The maintenance contractor placed a drill bit under the door in attempt to close it and it's been like this for over 2 weeks now.

We haven't moved in just yet, but our lease started Monday. So far we've had a great experience with attentiveness to the front desk. I'm a little worried about the apartment because the floor is not even. Besides that it is clean and looks great.

The management refuses to take accountability for misinformation, and they ghost you when you actively seek resolution. They act very nice when you talk to them, but once a problem arises based on their mistake, they refuse to acknowledge it, try to pass the blame and ignore you. They tell an incorrect story to cover themselves, and then blames the tenants while they know it was their fault. These unresolved problems caused serious financial hardship, and have been left unresolved for 38 days and counting.

It was overall a really good move in experience. I did have to call for follow ups a lot as nobody reached out regarding the approval process, and then the move in meeting. But the unit was clean and ready to go. It does smell like mildew but other than that everything has been amazing.

After living here for the past 6 months I must say that things have improved, from the courtyard landscaping to the overall look and cleanliness of the community. The Ladies at the office are truly a blessing, making sure every matter is dealt with within 24 hours or less and keeping everyone informed of the progress and works schedule about the property development. Hats off to the maintenance team who runs back and forth daily to make sure everyone is tend to.

The experience living here is sub par. Parts of my apartment that were described as "like new" are falling apart and not actually "fixed". I have a neighboring unit that has four yapping dogs that yap all day and all night and are left out on their patio to harass other residents.

Best place in Key West
This is the best place in Key West. I moved here in 2016 and it's been great. It's a comfy complex and super cute. It's all I need to be happy in Key West. The folks in the office are always offering to help me with anything I ask about. My apartment is fresh and new feeling. The pool is a major plus. Definately check it out if your are looking to move.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Unsafe conditions
DO NOT RENT HERE! Not to mention the obscene cost for the mediocre apartments, they false advertise like crazy on their website. Make sure to ask even the most trivial questions before signing a lease. Because they will not allow you out of one even after thousands of dollars in property damage due to their living conditions. After only 3 months of living here, I have been subjected to 3 different hit and runs while my car sat idle in their parking lot. I have spoken to three other residents who have experienced the exact same thing. All events have been reported to managers with no action taken. Some tenants know and have reported exactly who has hit them, other tenants with no insurance, and the complex still allows them to park in the parking lot and drive around hitting others cars with no punishment. The cops were always called for a report on these incidents but nothing has been done. I requested that after their knowledge of the unsafe conditions of their complex that they install cameras or gates or some form of security and they say no repeatedly. I have now paid THOUSANDS in deductibles for car repairs, the actual repairs raising over 10,000$. Again I am not the only tenant experiencing these conditions. It is outrageous. I requested out of my lease as I do not feel that my property is safe while living here and I was rejected. I’m not sure how the complex operates under such conditions, it should be illegal.
