Great apartment community with friendly neighbors and nice staff! Pool is fantastic in the summer, and heated underground parking garage is superb in the winter months!

Amazing staff when I first toured the neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and cozy. The pool is a little farther away from the apartment building but not too bad. Super safe!

I love the location and layout of my apartment. The high ceilings and kitchen are plenty of closet space are my favorite features. I'd be tempted to give it a 5 star rating if the carpet was replaced (floors are very hard) and if there was central heating and air. It's very hard to cool down my home in the summer.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location, and the office staff are so friendly, Danielle even got me a plant as a house warming gift when I moved in!

I was moving from out of state, and needed a new apartment ASAP. The staff helped me find a unit, did a virtual walkthrough, and was extremely communicative throughout the entire move in process.

everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. it’s also nice and quiet here and everyone respects each other’s privacy. the dog park is a nice addition to meet other people and their pups!

From the tour to move-in my experience was great. Good team of professionals to work with. Much better than the portal. Everyone was cheerful and excited to have a possible new resident.

A great place to live, management takes good care of you! The apartment was nice and clean, people are friendly. Management is clear and concise with whatever charges are on your account, and will get back to you right away.

I love living here at the arrive complex this place is so so neat and clean they do a really good job they clean the carpet three times a week this community is awesome it's not too noisy but sometimes it could be noisy like on Saturdays when all the dogs are already at the dog park I work less than 1.3 miles from here I would have to walk in on the trails but I work at night not afraid I'll make it robbed or stabbed or something the staff is here is very wonderful they respond to what you need I always wanted to grow up by a railroad and now I have my chance as in an adult lots of the people that live in this community are very friendly we have different kind of races that live in this community I think that is nice

Overall the place is quite and very peaceful. Don't know the community yet, soome people are friendly, others don't answer back to good morning/ how you doing.

Great Apartment complex in a really nice area. It's a little bit older, but I feel like that's reflected in the pricing. The kitchens are very nice, however they definately cheaped out on the cabinets it looks like they were repainted and the stuff peels off so easily. Also some of the handles were upside down which is strange. Overall though great apartment with lots of space. They are builidng a rail line behind the apartment. It won't be done for a few years, but could be a benefit if you plan on staying long term.

The apartment is very well managed, maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Very clean. Rather expensive for the size of the units but that’s the same everywhere.

Move in was great and we are excited to live here! It is a very quiet area and all of our neighbors seem very nice and friendly. It will be great to enjoy some relaxation here!

have to take busy and trafficked highways to get anywhere. always construction nearby the apartment. constant rent rises with no upgrades to apartment or amenities. little amenities that aren't worth the price. subpar apartments and space. do NOT live here, cant wait to leave.

Arrive Inglewood has been a great place to call home. The property is clean and the community is friendly! Negatives: 1) doors and garage sometimes stop working- you can always get in the front door, just inconvenient. 2) the lot can get FULL of snow. Cars will get stuck if they don't get someone to plow. I work from home but I have had to help shovel people out on a few occasions 3) location by the trains is loud, when I first moved here I woke up throughout the night but now am used to it 4) Always finding stink bugs inside. Positives: 1) Maintenance team are helpful and quick! 2) they host community events occasionally which are a nice touch. 3) I use the amenities like the pool and gym quite a bit and they are never crowded. 4) location is great- near lakes, restaurants, groceries, and a quick Uber to the city! 5) dog friendly. Overall, I feel comfortable and safe here and it provides everything I need! It isn't a luxury apartment but you get the value of what you are paying for.

Such great amenities, amazing parking and storage options, perfect place to live! For the rent we pay, everything around us and close in our neighborhood such as fun restaurants and lakes, it’s amazing!

So far it’s been great. I had a great move in experience. the staff have been really kind and accommodating!!! They answer all of my question quickly and they completed our maintenance requests right away!

Great place to live. The apartment is clean, quiet and well maintained. Parking is one of the best perks with plenty of spots and never having to worry about where to park.

I just moved in but the staff here is amazing and answered all of my questions and helped me with whatever I needed in a timely fashion. Building is well kept and amenities are great

So far we have had a great experience at Inglewood trails. All the minor maintenance request have been fixed extremely has and Juju at the leasing office is very attentive.

I love living at Arrive Inglewood. It is a clean, quite and pleasant place to live with several amenities. My favorite part are the trees that surround my patio that make it so serene after a night after work.

It has been nice living here - no complaints or issues in almost 2 years! It’s nice to have the secure mail room to keep packages and it’s super easy to log in and pay rent online.

My girlfriend and I recently signed the lease and moved into our 1 bedroom at Inglewood Trails. This is a fantastic apartment that is very affordable and could be considered cheap for the amount of space and amenities it has. This much closet space, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, big balcony, large living room, and just lots of space is very hard to find for this price range. Underground parking included with your apartment and all of the other amenities such as work-out room and outdoor pool are something that you will not find for this price anywhere close to this area. Great location right on the greenway and a quiet space very near Uptown and Lake Calhoun. When we began looking we looked only in Uptown but we found many old, gross places that were small and super expensive. Your dollar goes WAY further at Ingelwood Trails and you're still just a 20 min walk away from the heart of uptown. I was getting very sick of looking and we could not find a good place. Finally, we looked at Inglewood Trails to expand our search and to consider more locations. For us it was love-at-first-sight. The showing went really well as Marie made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly. She was very nice to work with and made the lease signing and moving in process very easy for us. I would recommend Inglewood trails to anyone looking for an apartment with all the amenities and high value for its cost. Do it!! PS. And out of all the places we viewed (which was a lot) Marie gave the best showing by far! Easy going and no pressure. Thanks, Marie! wonderful!

I was an out-of-state college grad looking for an apartment in the Twin Cities, and though that doesn't narrow things down much, I've been very happy with Inglewood Trails Apartments in the short time I've been living here. The price/location tradeoff is really favorable here, with the Cedar Lake Trail and Greenway right in our backyard. Uptown is walkable and easily bikeable. The apartment building is also nested back on a dead end road, away from the busier Hwy 25/7, so coming home to your included underground garage stall and taking the elevator up to your room at the end of the day really feels like you've come to a safe and quiet place you can call home. The complex itself has also been very quiet. I am on the top floor so I wouldn't hear anyone above me, but either my neighbors are very quiet or this place is pretty well insulated as far as sound is concerned. Only once or twice have I heard the thump of a neighbor's music. The amenities at Inglewood Trails are pretty great (outdoor pool, workout facility, in-room washer/drier, etc), but perhaps the best feature is the warm and inviting office staff. Marie has been more than helpful during my entire move-in process, making a new Minnesotan like myself feel comfortable and welcome. I haven't had too many questions or issues in my short time here, but when I have, they've been answered and resolved in short order. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend, especially those coming from out of town and perhaps unfamiliar with the cities.

Inglewood Trails has been a very pleasant place to live. Aside from all of the comforts it offers (pool, parking, washer/dryer in unit, workout room...), the location right on the Greenway is excellent when the weather is nice. Great service by the office as well, they are very responsive to our needs. It's slightly pricey, but definitely worth it, and I'd highly recommend this as a place to live.

Good value for the cost of living and location as many nearby apartments are much more expensive. At times maintenance issues aren't handled promptly, but I would still recommend to others as a good place to live in the area.
