Property Ratings at Arrive Hollywood
Things have great since I have moved in. There has been great amenity additions to the property including the vending machine love it. Maintence staff are great here always keeping the property looking great. Security is always visible so you feel safe. Leasing staff are approachable and professional. I would love to see a small dog friendly area within the property one day??.
Overall a swell experience - loving the amenities, how much thought goes into keeping them safe and clean, and how easy it is to use them. Maintenance and cleaning staff are very kind and always make sure everything is perfect! My only qualm is just the leasing office. They aren’t the most attentive, and they spam my partner and I with texts about rent when we pay rent every month, 9am, first of the month. The texts quite literally go on for days after. It is just rather annoying, especially when I am always on time with bills.
I love it here - I have no complaints. It's clean, safe, the neighbors and staff are all friendly. I feel like the upgrades to the keyless entry options are great too.

You don’t have submeters measuring electricity use but you have a podcast studio and are reinventing garage doors and elevators. I just paid $346 bill for a month I was not even in the unit and had unplugged everything. But you’re more focused on advertising massages on your app. It’s like the building is run by a 13 year old boy.
So far, the experience has been great. The move-in was straightforward and easy — and the view is completely unbeatable. Excited about the community here!
I feel that our building was better before some of the recent changes. For example, the new package room is much less convenient compared to the Amazon Hub we had before. The Hub was very easy to use, but now there is no clear system, and it’s quite difficult to find each package.
Pretty comfortable building with pros and cons. Noisy apartments on the top floors due to the ventilation system. Terrible postal delivery service and constantly breaking elevators. But at the same time, good staff and common areas, clean and tidy inside, good neighbors, and convenient parking.
This is my first week here and everyone has been super helpful and kind! The inside of the building/shared spaces are clean and not too rowdy.
I have lived in the building for a little over 2 years now. The elevator has been broken nearly the entire time making the only working one very slow to use.
This was a very pleasant living experience. I could feel the friendliness of the community environment, and the staff here were also very kind and helpful, providing all kinds of assistance.

I love it, I’m very pleased. Great amenities and apartment condition! I wish I didn’t have to park so far in the retail garage, but it’s not the worst thing.
Love the amenities, neighbors, and location of the building. The transition between the old management and new management was very smooth. However, new management has definitely made noticeable improvements.
I really enjoy staying here. The building is well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is super convenient. There’s a great sense of community, and everything feels safe and peaceful. The common areas are always clean, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. It’s honestly one of the nicest places I’ve lived — I feel comfortable and happy coming home every day.
Overall a really great community with great staff who are happy to help should there be any questions. Units are spacious with well proportioned balconies. Amenities are abundant and always well maintained as is the community continually being cleaned by the friendly maintenance crews:
Everything is pretty great since moving in months ago. I love how kept up the residence area is, thanks to the great maintenance team. The only feedback which is a work in progress currently. The mail room, if my package is not left in the Amazon locker it’s a nightmare going through all the packages in the room. I’ll received a delivery today but I could not locate it in the room for my unit. I’ll try again tomorrow. Other than that everyone is great and it feels safe and well kept.
I have been really enjoying living here. The past couple weeks have been tough with all of the renovations and sudden changes but I am patiently waiting to see the results. I have faith that it will improve quality of life for the future!
the community declined rapidly once new management took over. they are focusing on foxing thing that we don't need just to add things that will make living here more expensive. i'm sure they just want to up their rent and make this look more "luxury" but in reality all the problems are still there.
Move in was smooth apartment was clean , common areas can use some AC and app can be better , So. far so good experience with them . waiting on efficient communication from their part.
I do NOT recommend living in this apartment complex. We have lived here 2023-2025, and are in Building 1. Since moving in around July 2023, one of the elevators for that building stopped working and they have failed to repair it since then. In the last few months, the 2nd elevator would stop working, and now it has been "in repair" for weeks, forcing the residents to take the stairs. Now, we got a recent update that both elevators in Building 4 have stopped working. I have heard from other residents complaints about Building 3 water lacking proper water at random times. Although the building is enticing, I would highly recommend finding another apartment.
Arrive Hollywood has been great so far. The application was smooth—step-by-step online portal, confirmation email in hours, no calls needed. Move-in day went off without a hitch, and the building is clearly well-maintained: the pool and spa are gorgeous, and the common areas are spotless. The gym is really big and has all the equipment of a pay by month subscription. The surrounding views are that of griffith park and the hollywood sign. So far, I am excited to make this place my new home.
My friends in the community and I haven't been thrilled with things the last couple months to be honest -- the gym being closed for an entire week JUST to paint it (not to upgrade any machines or fix the treadmill that's been broken for ages) was really frustrating for all of us. We're also bummed to hear that the pool will be closed for maintenance all weekend, and are collectively wondering why that couldn't be done on a weekday when less people are trying to use the pool. Finally, I continue to hope to see more resident events (and at times that are possible for working folks -- it was a bummer that the sound bath this week started at 4pm, as I (and most people I know) couldn't attend due to work). We used to have more frequent events and I miss that.
So far im Loving this apartment! Staffs are so nice, location and all other factors are better than i thought! Im glad that i chose Arrive for new home:)
Great apartments with secure package delivery areas, a free printer on site, salt water pool, activities and events, and a rooftop lounge. Best part is the windows are really good and block out 90% of the sound from outside. It is peaceful being within the community in such a busy area of the city.
I can't give more than two stars because, although the new management company recently replaced the furniture in the common areas, the most critical issues have not been addressed. Our elevator has been out of service for over 1.5 years, causing major inconveniences, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the windows in our apartments cannot be opened in a way that allows for cleaning from the outside. The last time they were washed was also around 1.5 years ago. I hope that in the future, more attention will be given to these important aspects, as they significantly impact residents' comfort.
Love this community here at Arruve thus far. I just moved in a few days ago and all the tenants I have meet have been pleasant thus far. Jessica and Jacob have been amazing with responding to all my emails and assisting me duribg the tour presentation and moving into my current unit.
Overall, I’ve liked living here. The location is great, security has improved, and the renovations since the property was sold have been really nice. However, some things I don’t like are that I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor takes and every conversation he ever has (little to no insulation); there’s no visitor parking, so you or your friends have to pay for them to visit; the units themselves need upgrading (the kitchens and cabinets are outdated); my dryer takes forever to dry clothes since it doesn’t vent anywhere and just recirculates warm, humid air; food deliveries can only be delivered to bldg. 1 and have to be picked up there, because there’s no way to let the delivery guy up from home; and finally, moving in and out is a huge hassle compared to other places I’ve lived since you have to park the truck in the loading dock and take multiple elevators to get there.
Love the place. Enjoy the amenities and the location is prime. I appreciate the transparency with the maintenance going on. The way the building is always finding ways to improve is greatly appreciated. Also the different events are really cool.
Arrive Hollywood is an excellent community to live in, in the heart of Hollywood. It is located in a very popular and touristy area that can sometimes be difficult to live in but the community is so well maintained that it almost shields from all this hustle bustle once you are home and gives you a peaceful place to live.
I couldn't be happier with a home! The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are fantastic, and I've always felt safe in my home while living here.
I really enjoy living at Arrive Hollywood! I moved into Building 2 and was surprised by how quiet it is despite being in the heart of Hollywood. Our windows face Carlos Ave, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our parking spot is super convenient, right by the elevator near our apartment. The common areas were freshly updated after we moved in, so everything feels clean and new. I love the heated pool—it’s a rare find and great year-round. Saturday yoga and community events are also a nice touch (would love more!). A few minor downsides: I can hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but nothing else, so it doesn’t really bother me. Occasionally, an alarm goes off on the first floor of Building 2 in the evenings, but only at the entrance. There’s also a trash container on P2 where I’ve seen roaches, which aren’t pleasant to come across. None of these issues really bother me except the roaches, but fixing them would make it perfect!
I have been living in this apartment with my child, and it has been a truly comfortable and safe place for us. The maintenance and cleaning are always well taken care of, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free living environment. Despite being in the heart of Hollywood, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and well-maintained home.

Living here for 11 month now and so happy that one day I found this place. Pretty cool that they have pool and gym, and huge parking just a life-saver.
I just moved into this apartment complex, and overall, I’m very pleased. The management team is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is professional and attentive. The amenities and environment make living here enjoyable. The only minor issues I’ve noticed so far are that the ventilation system is a bit noisy and the electric ignition on the grill in the common area doesn’t seem to be working. I hope these can be addressed soon, but they don’t take away from my positive experience overall.
Rent is too high, elevators never work, maintenance is very good, leasing office staff is mostly nice, cleaning staff is awesome. Amenities are good, given elevators never work though they shouldn’t keep raising the rent until they fix the place. The rent goes up every year elevator in buiding has been out for over 5 years. (Not kidding). The one remaining elevator that is working breaks down frequently and takes forever given people are waiting on it to get to work while folks are trying to move in and out. It’s ridiculous and then they jack up the rent
I love living at Arrive. It’s such a nice community with amazing amenities and the finishes in the apartments are beautiful. Everyone I’ve met is also very friendly and nice.
The utilities bill is was to high and makes no sense. I’ve seen Vacant units whose light stay on all day and all night that I am paying for out of my own pocket. This is ridiculous and it is inhumane. I am now paying for $200 worth of utilities for a studio and I barely am home.
Lived in Arrive, formerly Eastown for 3 years now. Overall I’m pretty happy. I would critique the elevators that’s about it. Hollywood is Hollywood and this building does most things right, and they don’t overdue it. Maintenance is on-time, amenities are cleaned and updated. I appreciate the security and the safe campus right in the middle of Hollywood. And over the years the management has offers a lot of perks which are appreciated. Thanks :-) and cheers

I’ve been living here since Covid, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community boasts fantastic amenities that truly enhance the living experience. From the pool, gym, or the open space, there’s something for everyone. What I appreciate most is the central location making it easy to get around. Despite being so close to everything, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and tranquil. The beautiful trees and serene water structures create a peaceful environment that feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a wonderful place to call home!
Great place to live. Needs some work on elevators and parking garage though. Living here is quiet and getting to the freeway is super easy. Greenery is great in the community.
I like living here so far. it's quiet but close to everything. i like all the amenities, everyone is nice, maintenance is quick, and app is okay to use.
