Pros: The location is convenient to the highway; there is a grocery store immediately adjacent to the building; maintenance is quick, often same day. Cons: Expensive for what you're getting; nothing is included as you pay for parking, water, sewer, trash, internet; proximity to the highway also means A TON of road noise and tire/brake dust; cheap contractors for painting as outlets and ethernet jacks were painted over and tons of paint splatter on the floor in every room; the grocery store next door (Marianos) is quite expensive so only useful for very select items; you get a lot of noise and draft from the hallways inside the building coming into the apartment; the floors between apartment levels were not as soundproof as we were lead to believe as we can clearly hear our upstairs neighbor stomping around a lot; for being a "luxury" apartment they have very barebones appliances (dishwasher and washer/dryer); caulking and paint touch up jobs don't look good; package room often crowded

Building and grounds are well maintained. Floorplan is compact, but well designed. I feel safe with the building and garage security. The only drawback is how long it takes to get hot water. It’s rather wasteful, having to run the faucet for five minutes just to reach tepid.

Arrive Glenview is a great place to live. The residents are respectful, the hallways and amenity areas are always very clean, and the building is nearly fully occupied all the time which really speaks to the quality you pay for living here. The maintenance team is super responsive, friendly, always manages to do a great job fixing any issues in as little time as possible.

Our family has been living here for over a year. Unfortunately, we do not know our neighbours. It would be wonderful if more vibrant and engaging vibrant were organized. Many people here are newcomers who wish to adapt. There are students, moms, and usually shared interest bring people together. It would be great if you could organise interest-based or general gatherings. For example, a literature class or cooking national food. You could also have age-specific gathering, for instance, for high schoolers who might attend the same school but do not know each other. An art class could be another idea, I paint with oil on canvas, and perhaps there are others who also enjoy painting. The maintenance team was rude and unprofessional. They were fixing the bathtub due to a leak, which is fine, but when they left, there was paint all over my bathroom floor. Additionally, they were supposed to provide us access to a unit to shower in since we can't use the bathtub for 24 hours. However, despite making three calls to the office, I still haven’t received any response.

The location is excellent, right next to the highway. It's a nice and Safe neighborhood. Big grocery stores and a Gym Are right next to the complex. Great amenities.

In my experience living in apartment buildings my whole life, I have never encountered a landlord that doesn’t change the air filter at least every six months. The filter room is locked so tenants can’t do it by themselves. I have no problem going out and buying a filter. I just can’t gain access to that room. Also, I’ve lived here a year and I’ve never once seen the outside of the windows Washed. The package room is a complete disaster and has been for as long as I’ve lived here. There’s such easy fixes that I am amazed No one has thought of them. The first floor garage is for guests of tenants so there is no charge. I live on the second floor and I see people who park their car on the first floor for free and then walk up to their second third or fourth floor apartment. The building keeps saying they’re going to do something about it and that’s an easy fix but no one has done anything. . It’s no surprise that I am a very disgruntled tenant.

I want to express my gratitude for promptly addressing the issues I had after moving in last Saturday. Despite the hot weather, the maintenance staff here have been extremely kind and helpful. The house has high ceilings and plenty of storage space. I am also satisfied with the surrounding area, the amenities, and the office staff. I believe I will have a very comfortable time living here. :)

Easy access to the Mariano. The staff are very kind and respond well. Direct Tv(internet include) is required. You need to pay $130 per month but never watch it. Paying $20 for netflix and hulu is much better. I wish I had the option to choose my own internet provider

Overall a good experience. I’ve encountered some service issues. There have been some lengthy repairs on the garage gate and elevator, but an overall good complex with good amenities and location.

Convenient location, updated appliances, clean common areas, covered garage parking. Overall good place to live, just a little expensive but not terrible for what you’re getting.
