Maintenance was great!!! James fixed everything in a timely manner and even changed an additional bulb I didn’t know was out. Fabulous service.
Love it!! When I walked into the community I felt very welcomed. I loved the amenities and the apartments and complex were clean. I would recommend Arrive Federal Hill to anyone considering moving to Baltimore or changing homes.

Toured and excited to lease I recently toured Arrive Fed Hill, and the building, employees, and rooms exceeded my expectations. This apartment is definitely #1 on my list of places for when I move to Baltimore. Fingers crossed I get my preferred apartment layout!
Very Nice and Clean Definitely happy I chose this as my new home coming from out of state. It is everything I wanted. Clean, people are nice and friendly, and smells good throughout the lobby. So upscale !!

Wonderful Experience! I had a wonderful experience at the Federal Hill location. I was toured by David Foney, who answered all of my questions and provided lots of important details about the facility. I was able to view the amenities as well as the apartments that fit my specific interest. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
Delighted We moved in last week. The staff has been wonderful…helpful and courteous. We love our new apartment home, amenities and location.

I never recommend this place. My family and I rented it for a short period of time and vacated it 12 days early. Unfortunately, they did not return the deposit money and said that we have to pay rent and then we will return the money. When they rented it after about a month, it was one month's rent. Deducted from the deposit money

I have been a tenant here for less than 2 months and my experience has been anything other than pleasant. The day I moved in I had to wait because my apartment that my original lease was signed for was still occupied. My apartment was broken into and no notices were sent out. I was actually the 4th person that week according to the detective. There has been zero accountability at all. The property manager is so hard to get in contact with and this is a shared experience from multiple tenants in here.

Nice looking property but apartments keep getting broken into because of no 24 hr security. The leasing office is very inattentive and just doesn't care to let residents know about break-ins despite the police recommendation to do so.

I moved in last month and have been enjoying the building and the neighborhood. Erik was particularly helpful with helping me get settled. Essentially no complaints about the apartment, except that my bathroom's towel rack was installed 18 inches above my toilet, so it's impossible for a towel not to hit it unless you fold it a couple of times first. I put in a work order asking for that, and my oddly-placed toilet paper holder, to be moved my first week here, and the maintenance man said that his manager said he can only fix things that are broken. I sent two follow-up emails to the office with no reply, which isn't the best customer service. Other than that, smooth sailing.
