My experience has changed tremendously in the last couple of months. Originally, when I moved in the apartment in August, the experience was great. However, I have noticed in the last two months the property itself is not being taken care of The trash is constantly overflowing. The gate is never working and maintenance request take forever.

Honestly this is probably one of the best areas I've stayed in so far I've been living in Atlanta for a year and I'm about 15 minutes from work and that's including traffic the culture is pretty friendly

Overall great experience finding my new home and moving in. Was a little disappointed on how many maintenance issues weren't addressed prior to move-in (even problems I pointed out during the tour), but it wasn't anything major or highly problematic. Sadly my ground floor unit also has a roach infestation. I otherwise am very happy with the space and am looking forward to living here.

It can be better. The leasing office is clueless. The water is always cut off the property is not maintained. People are very loud. It's always police in the area. The gate is always broken. It could be a better place under the right management.

I really hate the fact that I moved in here and it was infested with spiders and roaches and not clean already but I get charged for pest control to come out and the tissue rack were already broken the lady in the office is rude keep saying okay while you’re talking

Outside looks promising, but when you come into the inside and get into the bones of it all, it’s all falling apart the kitchen cabinets are slanted and have been that way no matter how many maintenance men come and put them back in place when we come home, my house smells like dog pee even though we have no dog in the root cause of it is our neighbors that have not one, but two. and they refuse to walk their dog, so where do they pee overall will not be renewing my lease.

Roaches are bad even after high maintenance, The Staff can be nice. When we were facing issues with our rental agreement they were being mean. Lost so many packages and they could do nothing about it.

I have been a resident on the property for four years. Overall I've had a good experience being a resident. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The maintenance staff is responsive and gets the work orders completed in a timely manner. The property's location is ideal as its about 12 minutes to midtown and 20 minutes to downtown.

Good place to live. Good maintenance, friendly staff, good aminities. Nice pool. Secured gated community. Target, Best buy, Home depot, Kroge, Ross are very near.

It's quiet and a good first apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. My maintenance request got filled very quickly. The courtyard is really great for pets. The location is great in close to everything.

Great management team. No matter the issue they solve it post haste. The neighborhood is clean. I get the occasional critter, but this is Georgia. However the response is always quick to solve that issue.
