Arrive 4301

For the price, this is a fantastic apartment. The only thing I would like to have is in-unit laundry. But other than that, everything is perfect!

I like the apartment and facility, but am disappointed at the significant increases in rent to match the rates of apartments with far more amenities and value.

Great apartment with modern amenities and friendly staff. Mostly a positive experience, but occasional noise from neighbors can be an issue.

This is the best community I've ever lived in. There are walking trails behind the apartment building that are great for you and your furry friend. The scenery is beautiful. The grounds are well. The management is terrific Amanda, Terry and Tenzin Are always there to help we have two gyms and a sauna. It's a great place to live.

Very clean complex with a lot of amenities that I didn’t see elsewhere. The move in was made much easier by the designated unloading space and move in door. Our apartment required some cleaning on move in, as the counters, bath tub, and floors had some residue left on them. The AC also needed it’s filter replaced/cleaned, but I believe that would’ve been on the previous tenant to file a maintenance request for, so I give that a pass. Other than the surface level cleaning, the living space is great and well-kept. A fairly modernized living space for sure!

Building is in a quiet area with many amenities and is located near a nice lake, as well as Wolfe Park. Building is well maintained and rarely if ever hear about issues between neighbors. Building can be stuffy if you live on the third floor.

I love living here the grounds are beautiful the St Louis walking trail is just behind the building great for walking your dog Amanda ,the manager is always so accommodating and always going above and beyond for residents Tenzin and Terry keep the building in Tip top shape the neighbors are great this is a fantastic place to call home 3 years and counting I love it!!

No complaints. The only minor thing is the laundry not being in unit but everything else offsets this. Otherwise, the location and quality as well as management (especially) is amazing!

Nice, quiet neighborhood and complex (always so clean!), the staff is very helpful and responsive, and most importantly the residents are nice and respectful.

Been living here for a few months now and I’m enjoying every bit! The staff and residents are really nice. I love how Arrive 4301 do a lot of community events so residents can get to know each other.

I've been here almost 3 years and it was scary because this is my first time in an apartment in a rather large community. The management team has been great. Amanda's very nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Everything gets fixed right away. Nothing major has happened just the knob here and there, and the grounds are kept remarkable. The landscaping is beautiful nice serene community with a wonderful community room to work out rooms. It's a great relaxing place to live.

Everything’s been good so far. Easy move in, great to have elevator. Amanda’s been amazing! Clean apartments. Great area. Plenty of parking.

All the staff here has been great. Amanda is so nice and inviting and always willing to help.Tenzin The maintenance guy is so helpful and he's also really funny. He always plays with my dog every time I see him it's a great place to live. Very comfortable quiet dog friendly I haven't been in a better place. The apartments are great. I have vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the walking trail is amazing the wildlife you see the ducks, the dears people, biking, and jogging skating Walking the dogs you make great people. Wonderful place to live.

It's been great living here so far! It's right on the edge of a nature reserve and is very dog friendly! Wish it had a few more amenities like neighboring buildings for the price point though.

So far our apartment has been awesome! I have no complaints! The staff has been super helpful, the amenities are awesome and the unit was clean upon move in.

Just moved in this past weekend. Loving the place so far everyone I have interacted with has been very welcoming. Love all the natural sunlight coming in from the windows.

It's been great to live here. My experience has been nothing but excellent. I could live here for the next 10 years and Amanda has really made my experience great she's kind and thoughtful and always has something good to say. Every time I see her this is a great place to live, all the amenities is quiet it's beautiful the landscape is just beautiful. You won't find a better place to live.

The community is located in a very quiet area, and the staff in the office are fantastic to work with! I'd recommend to anyone looking for safe and serene place to live.

Move in was a breeze and the apartment was in amazing condition, I am genuinely excited to call this place home. I especially enjoy the access to a walking trail and internal fitness facilities, overall the amenities that Arrive 4301 provides are fantastic and well considered by management and staff.

Located in a very peaceful area with lots to do nearby. A super nice community that is very welcoming and great team to make living here easy and fun!

We have been at Arrive 4301 for just over a year now and it has been pretty great! Beautiful location, right on the edge of a nature reserve. It has always been clean and have always felt safe. It has been a great place to live.

Great apartment to live in. I enjoy the walking trail in the back, gym, and excellent apartment management. The 1 bedroom are perfect size for one person, and great in unit updated amenities. The only downside is no in unit wash.

My experience has been awesome we have not had any problem the property management has been awesome they do a great job with office and maintenance questions and resolves them promptly.

Move in was great! On-site dolly made moving big bulky boxes alone easy! My move in experience only involved being on the 1st floor but there is a elevator.

Location is great, staff members are friendly and maintenance does a good job at fixing things. Love that they’re pet friendly. Not far from the airport so you’ll definitely hear the planes go by. Great walking trail behind the complex. Luxer by mailroom.

Amanda and Jesse are the best. I always felt safe and knew that if I had any issues, they would be taken care of. It's cute, homey, and in a great area! My apartment had plenty of storage space and my bedroom was a good size. I've never had issues with noise or neighbors. Everyone is super nice. I absolutely love the walking trail behind the apartment and even made good use of it during the sunny winter days. It's close enough to the city to enjoy, but far enough out that you don't have to deal with the hectic nature of downtown. It's also close to doctors offices, stores, and restaurants!

Almost a year into our lease and it's been great so far! The location is amazing, right on the edge of a nature preserve and a dead end road so it's very low traffic. Would like to see a few more amenities like neighboring apartment complexes (pool, dog park), but that is definitely not a deal breaker for this complex.

Clean, safe & friendly. Close to walking paths, pet friendly & even has pet stations with poop bags! Conveniently close to work & shopping centers.

My experience here at Arrive 4301 has been nothing short of miraculous from living in the home going to an apartment the wonderful grounds, especially in the winter time are so beautiful, so well-maintained doggy deposits around the complex makes it very accessible for everyone. Disabled people included as I am one of them and it's so easy for me to get around, you'll love it here Amanda in the office is just wonderful and will help you out all the way through anything you're experiencing within the property

This is an amazing hidden gem of Saint Louis park in my opinion. The building is smaller which means less people and quiet. There’s ample outdoor parking and they include 1 underground heated space for a car. They also give you a free small storage room that’s inside the apartment hallways. We moved here from an expensive luxury apartment to cut some cost and we couldn’t be happier. The rent price is so low for the area, less than a mile from lake Calhoun. Close to everything. The apartment itself is dated but not too bad. It is clean and they take care of the building. They offer upgrades for the units to get granite counters and nicer stainless appliances that you have to pay for monthly if that’s your thing. Our unit has stainless appliances already so that’s a plus. All in all you should check it out it’s great to call home!

Coming towards the end of my one year lease here and I have to say it's been a great place to live. The location is perfect, the building is clean and well kept and the new renovations look great. Having a heated parking spot included in the rent spoiled me for lots of other complexes in the area that can't offer a heated garage. Both my living space and storage space were more than adequate for a 1 BR - if these units don't offer enough storage space for you then you have too much stuff. Never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff or residents. Samuel from the leasing office is very nice and helpful and the residents range from young professionals to the elderly. Very quiet, aside from the occasional door closing or electric deadbolt I never heard a peep from my neighbors. Everything was clean and in great shape upon move in, so now I'm just hoping the moving out process goes just as smoothly. As for why I'm moving out, this brings me to my only complaints I have about the place - the appliances and cabinets are ancient and probably haven't been updated since the 80's. They work okay, but they aren't visually appealing. Also, for what you get, the price is just too high for me and the rent increase Sidal Realty offered me to renew my lease was just insane. Other than that, I've loved living here and would definitely recommend it, at least for a year. Longer than that, you'll have to see how long you can go until they price you out of it.

My apartment is in a perfect location. Close to uptown, 10 min to downtown, and easy access to all highways.

Never had a problem, recently renovated, I love it here.

I was impressed by the quiet and clean appearance. The parking seems to be very adequate. The area surrounding the apartment is beautiful as well as convenient to many stores, highways and walking trails. There is the convenience of the laundry on every floor as well as a great workout room. I was very impressed with these apartments.

I lived here for a little over two years and found the complex to be adequate for my needs in relation to my work and social life. The building was fairly quiet in terms of not having a rowdy younger crowd. It had your typical apartment noise in that I could hear people to the sides and above me talk/sneeze/cough/laugh etc. Most days/nights that common apartment noise wasn't a bother. There is quite a bit of noise from the train tracks off of Park Glen Road. The train comes twice a day usually at 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM so it makes your commute a pain if you get caught. There is a TON of car/truck noise on Park Glen Road going to and from the warehouse/office complex at the end of Park Glen Road. I would say that noise bothered me the most. The apartments are in desperate need of modernization. I went through two fridges while there because they appeared to be from the mid 1980's. Most of the appliances I've seen in my place and others within the building where just as old. They work ok, but not great. Maintenance requests where usually done on time. I did have a few occurrences where I had to hound the building manager for help. The maintenance staff where very friendly when they came into my apartment or I passed them in the hall. Parking was ample and if you have underground it's very well kept. The apartment managers, I had two while there, were both very unpleasant to deal with. They were both very neglectful to requests, conversations and general help in regards to the building. This was not a major impact on my daily life there, but during those key moments when I interacted with them they did so in an unprofessional and lazy manor. I'm most dissatisfied with year rent increases I experienced while living there. It was one of the factors in my decision to leave Walden Woods. I was also very displeased with the checkout process while I did leave. I expected some dings against me in the process, but never have I felt more nickel-and-dimed by a complex. A word to the wise, hire a professional to go over your apartment if you expect your full deposit back. In all the place was decent, but I wouldn't ever recommend it to a friend.
