We have lived here for a year now. The apartments are really nice and the staff is extremely nice but still handle themselves very professionally. We are a little disappointed in the upkeep of the grounds and the amount of dogs that are here is a little more than we bargained for.

There’s always problems with the gate. Inside the apartment is built terribly, my dryer stopped working due to how it was installed, and I haven’t been able to wash or dry clothes because they are taking forever to come fix it.

Ariza has been great! The apartment is nice and very modern! The maintenance crew is very efficient and will take the time to check in to make sure that what they fixed is working properly. The pool is fabulous and the small gym is great too. Love it here!

Out move-in was a little rough. There were a ton of issues in the actual build of the apartment in teh beginning. We had to take photos and have the builders come back and repair all the rushed work that they did. The only thing that was top-notch was the actual service and support of the ladies at the leasing office. They made them fix all the issues promptly.

It was great. We love our new apartment, even though we miss some of the small extra switches and amenities. We had issues and the staff took care of them as quick as possible. We are grateful for their help.

Most of the things are great! Good Gym, Pool and events organized! Little more precision is good like sometimes the back gate stays open in the night due to issue is concern! I can rate it 5 if that is resolved!
